Scott with SNS assured me a 1 year guarantee on all products and services. After he did some work on our yard last April, two of the three bushes he planted were dead by September. I let him know several times they were not looking good, and he gave me some advice on a few things to do to help save them. Unfortunately they did not work, and Scott promised to return in the spring to replant them, since fall was approaching he said it would not be a good time to replant. He asked me to reach out in March.

SnS diagnosed my tree as diseased beyond salvage. This was a large 30+ year old tree overhanging my roof, the sidewalk and road, posing a real hazard to property, life and limb. Within 3 days of the diagnosis, they scheduled me in to remove the tree. They came on time and did an extremely professional job removing the tree with no damage to the house or other property. They take care of their workers and customers (fully insured). They explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend SnS.

I had SnS come out and trim 3 large trees one a red oak the other a huge live oak. Scott Shoemaker personally met me for the bid and later to supervise the trimming.
They were very professional and fair on their pricing. Scott is a certified arborist. They moved my plants and table and chairs before starting. They brought a chipper and chipped all the wood. They picked up, raked and blew off all the debris. This was a large job it took 2 men 8 hours to complete. I have used cheaper services in the past who used day laborers but you get what you pay for. These guys are family owned and have been
