Joe V. was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I visited the service department 3 different times and he worked on my radio/navigation system. Finally we found it could NOT be fixed. He ordered the radio/nag and set up everything for me. I'm not real smart at the set ups and he fixed everything and never made me feel stupid.

Warranty on tires is 2 years, 50,000 miles.

My clutch had broken, I was stuck and couldn't drive the car. Saw it was a recall & called to set an appointment. A receptionist Jessie said she would call me back about setting an appointment up when she got in contact with the parts dept to make sure they had the parts needed. It's been 12 hours and still no call back. I called her back after 2 hours thinking maybe she forgot and she somewhat caught an attitude then rushed me off the phone saying they were really busy, so busy she couldn't get in contact with them about a simple part being in stock to make an appointment WOW

Their website showed that they had two low-mileage 2019 Golf R vehicles, and I decided to go have a look. I found both cars sitting next to each, one dark blue and the other a reddish orange. I looked both cars over for several minutes, then walked up to the entrance. Standing next to the entrance, there was a skinny older gentleman who wasn't wearing a mask and who began speaking to me without first putting one on, even though I was wearing one. I went inside and glanced around, and was surprised to see that almost no one in this dealership was wearing a mask. It was like going back in time

Easiest car purchase I ever made. Went there not thinking I would drive home the car I wanted. I told them the price I wanted to pay. They said they couldn't go that low and showed me why but said we can do this and it was honest and fair. Absolute no pressure being there. I was in and out in half an hour. Awesome group of people from the salesman to finance. I will be a repeat customer. I work in the automotive industry and my dealer group would not touch the price they gave me so that says it all in my opinion.

I Purchased two cars from this dealership and I got a letter lately that said the manager had looked into my account and he was sure he could get me into the same car brand new for the same price or less. The reason dealerships get a bad name. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, two weeks ago. The check engine
Light is already on and the remote starter will not work. I tried to call them asking if they can help me this issue considering I just purchased a used 2017 RAM bighorn 30,000 miles. They wanted to charge me to look at the vehicle after the inspection they claimed to do said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I asked questions about the truck and test drove it. I had no issues. I will never buy from them or buy a Ram ,dodge, Jeep or Chrysler.

I was stunned when my husband came home from an 8:30am appointment only to find out that he was charged $115.00 to re-flash the computer in his Jeep Commander and it did not fix the problem of the 4 wheel drive light being on. This appointment that was made by our mechanic Craig Poole of Gowers in Raleigh. Craig's repair shop doesn't deal with the electrical problem that obviously was wrong with the Jeep. My husband was there and they re-flashed the computer and get this, did not fix the problem but was very happy to charge my husband $115.00. i am stunned. That is why you never want

This dealership was not willing to negotiate a used vehicle to a more realistic price and low balled us for our trade in value on our personal vehicle. Ordered a jeep for my spouse and got hung up at work. To make a long story short they tried a bait and switch at the last minute and in the end had to get one from another lot. NOT the experience that I expected. They pressured her into signing for a vehicle that I didn't order charged full price for both the vehicle and warranty. I will not buy there again and I buy often.

Update 2: The service dept. set the "mileage in" and "mileage out" as the same on their paperwork, clearly hoping we wouldn't notice that they added nearly 60 miles on our vehicle for fixing a lock and replacing a battery. Fortunately, we took a GPS tagged and Timestamped photo of the instrument cluster from the dealership before we left.

It is completely unacceptable that I take my jeep in due to a check engine light, it takes 9 days to get it fixed, get it back and the next day the check engine light comes back on immediately. Call to get it fixed and the next available appt is a week away. Drop it off for the appointment and 2 days later get a message that it has not even been looked at. Every time I have been to the shop everyone is sitting around on their phones and there is no cars being worked on or even in the bay. I have never seen a dealership ran so unprofessionally. I will make sure to let everyone I know understand

Previous Unpublished Rating was a 3. This was due to excess debris and damage to a part inside the car when in for service. The old Service Manager initially stated it would be taken care of, but it was not, even after 6 months. Was able to speak to the new Service Manager Kyle about the issues faced and he was very accommodating and professional. He heard the issue out and actually listened. Gave no excuses and just fixed the problem proactively, which I very much value and respect the method in which he operates.

Terrible place. Went to get my car serviced and see that they didn't change the oil as they were supposed to. Asked them to inflate tires while they serviced car. Didn't do that either. Essentially, they made me wait for 20 minutes, did nothing and then put a sticker saying car was serviced and to come back in a few months. Awful. Never go back there again.

If there could be negative stars, Capital CJD would be getting them. Went in to look at a $45k car and 2hrs later they say they will discuss the purchase with another finance guy that will be there in the morning. I let them know I had a party later that day and then we are going out of town for a week, so we needed to do it first thing. Tyler assured me this would be first priority and I would get a call at 9am. 9am....no call, 10am...no call, noon...still no call. I finally called at 2pm to find out why my sales guy can't figure out how to use a phone.

Allow me to share our experience this morning (Jan 13, 2017) at Capital CJD Garner. We were excited to see the Jeep Cherokee we found online and my wife even liked the look and feel.
