Me and my neighbor made a order for over $13K. The delivery came all closed boxes. 2 weeks later we started install the fence. It turned out we are missing one panel and 1 small part of another panel. We both called and they told us that there is nothing they can do about it. The worst customer service ever. We spent over $13K and now we can’t finish the fence cause of missing parts. DO Not Do business with this company. We feel well played.

We got screwed by Superior Fence so we decided to do it ourselves with our handyman.
From start to finish it was an outstanding experience. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. We received about 50 ft of PVC with 3 gates, posts and the fill in 2 days, all the hardware was perfect. We also ordered 60 ft of aluminum fence for our exterior took 3 days. They had the lowest price, the best service and it was all in stock. Highly recommend!!!

Went there to get a few vinyl posts that Home Depot didn't have available. They talked to us into returning our fence supplies after knowing we had never built pvc fence before. They said that Home Depots products will break and are worthless and said he'd give us a discount way cheaper than Home Depots price if we bought the whole fence from him. This discount was never applied on any materials he supplied us. Once we brought the supplies to the house we realized that he sold us two six foot sections of panels that were a different shade of white. Missing two 24" stainless steel

Wanted to put up my own fence for the first time and found pvc fence on the web, called and Francisco responded right away . Went to visit and in an hour had everything I needed including installing tips! Everyone in the office and back room were the best and a pleasure to deal with! This company provides top notch products and even better service. I placed an ordered and it was at my house within a week. However as I was installing my fence I realized I was short and contacted them to inform them of the error. They admittedly made a slight error and delivered the missing product to somewhere else. On the next day/Sunday which was a non working day they delivered my product and even provided extra. I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency. I highly recommend this company.

This company made my gate the opposite size of what it was suppose to be.
Instead of giving me a courtesy call after speaking with them four times by phone. They made my gate without knowing if it was 5 feet high or 5 feet width 6 feet high for 6 feet width. A simple phone call would've alleviated this mistake. To make matters worse, they had told me they stand behind whatever they make... but didn't.
