I highly recommend using FENCE CRAFTERS... Had a tree fall and take out my entire back line and called fence crafters and they were very responsive and accommodating every step. With everything going on in 2020 it was a sense of fresh air to deal with quality. Their not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive however they were the most polite and accommodating and I felt fully comfortable paying for their service

I understand the hurricane and such stresses that causes places like this. However, it does not excuse the arrogance, rudeness and lack of respect for prospective customers that I received. I called for a quote for repairs and was told they just don't repair wood fences and was served a really crappy attitude about it. I then asked for a visit for a quote on a new fence and was told that someone would reach out to schedule an estimate visit. Fence Crafters installed an aluminum fence in our backyard. Everyone at Fence Crafters was a pleasure to work with, and the husband and wife installer team were professional and did a quality install. The fence itself is very sturdy and well-made (unlike our neighbor's who bought their fence from someone else).
