Great company to work with. I live 1 1/2 hours north of Vancouver but they were more than happy to come out and give me a bid. After looking over my property, they gave me a list of options on how to get rid of our mice problems.
No pressure at all on what we wanted them to do.
Very friendly staff and their rates are very reasonable. And so far, no mice!!

Scott and the PestLock team of technicians are amazing. We joined their service about two years ago and we never need to worry about our home being protected. This company goes over and beyond customer service. Shannon in the main office is very professional and fantastic on the phone. OMGosh I was in a panic when I called PestLock. I had a rodent or some small animal in the wall of my home scratching on the wall. I recently switched over to PestLock for two reasons: service and because we have animals. Service with Scott Sneer (President) is top notch. He also explained that we don't have to use extremely toxic chemicals to keep bugs out. This was important to us as our dogs licks the concrete outside our back door (strange I know) but we were concerned she was ingesting things that might cause her harm. Matt, our service technician was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend PestLock!

We had a few little creatures (mice) visit our home this past week! As you could imagine, I was absolutely freaked out!! Just the thought of being “invaded” was enough to make me take action!
