Friday Dec 15th & Dec 17th 2021. Went in, guy at front desk wasn't looking at my eyes, came off very unprofessional and unhelpful. Seemed unknowledgable, or simply unwilling to have a conversation. Laughed at me and made me feel uncomfortable. He said ALL I needed was my driver's license, proof of income - and that it didn't have to be a pay stub. I Left. Received my license 2 days later. Applied online. Received multiple emails from sole savers stating they WOULD work with me to get a car AFTER i gave my working history info. So I went back in. My girlfriend and I went in and financed a 2011 Ford Flex from them back in February. Blue book on the flex was $10,000 but Robert claimed it was worth $15,000. Since we’ve had it there have been quite a few problems with it mainly the electrical issues. The AC die not work even though they supposedly replaced the ac compressor. We drove it back to Chico where we live and turned it on when it was 90+ degrees outside and of course it didn’t blow cold air. The radio turns on and off on its own. I checked the fuses under the dash and all fuses were good although it looked like someone did a jack

Update* After having had this car for just about a year now, I would like to add that dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Kathy Butler who works for Northwest Acceptance, which is who Sole Savers gets their predatory loans through, is a rude and hateful woman. They will harass you multiple times a day if you are even one day late on your payment. And you cannot ask them to stop. Please stop giving these people business. I wish I would have known how awful this experience would be.

I can not tell you enough how wonderful my experience with sole savers has been. Not only did they make the car buying experience easy, they continued that excellent service throughout the loan payment process. The staff was professional and friendly. Kathy Crossman in particular was very helpful and great at keeping me informed and up to date on everything. Throughout Covid-19 layoffs they even worked with me while I didn't have a job. They helped me build my credit while getting me a reliable vehicle! AMAZING 5 stars.

I don't even have look at the reviews to know this is a crap place to get a vehicle. Straight up take advantage of you if you let them.
If you're strapped for cash, have bad credit and are in dire need of a vehicle, they will hook you up. Just be ready to pay way more than then the value of the vehicle.
It's kind of pathetic how they do bussiness really. But I guess some people will do anything for money. Shame on you guys
