Below is the email I sent to Kyle from Pearson's Moving, after discovering that there were confirmed missing pieces in addition to the other damages. I have not received a response. Total bill for the move was $1,149.00

Pearson sends three small guys to move a lot of heavy furniture—they struggled so long had to recruit help from friends. Over charged me for time because they took entirely too long. Broke my Ballard Designs… table and refused to fix replace or compensate it even with photos. Do not hire this company unless you want to be over charged and not have your items replaced or compensated. They also damaged my walls in both houses.

The management left a lot to be desired but the actual move went smoothly. They were professional and very courteous. They were so respectful of my belongings. They wrapped my painting to protect it. They didn't just dump my things in one area and leave. They actually set furniture up where it belongs which I don't think they're required to do. They worked quickly and diligently, didn't try to milk the clock for a bigger bill. They will be my go to moving company in the future. I highly recommend 😊

Absolutely awesome company fourth move with Peirson Moving and this was in Pine Arizona all the way down to Phoenix and we underestimated so they had to send a second truck up they were able to accommodate us ASAP within an hour and a half they were up the mountains and the five man team at this point never stopped working for a second they got the trucks going. And the poor guys ended up only able to go 35 miles an hour with our loads on the uphills. So their day was long long long and they still needed to unpack at our storage units and they were awesome I will continue to use these folks and

I was trying to decide between Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning. their website showed 149 per hour for both of these days so I chose Tuesday morning. The close was delayed so I asked them to move it to Wednesday morning and they told me they are charging 169 an hour for Wednesday. I asked why it showed 149 for both days online but now the price changed. he said it was end of month so take it or leave it. well I took it.

I feel as though I paid a lit of money for substandard service. This could just be my experience with them, but I would never hire them as movers again. I was quoted for about 3 hours of work and was totally cool with the price, imagine just shock when it took them way longer than quoted and my price doubled. One of my movers came back to work from an injury and re-injured his back while moving. We LOVE Pearson Moving and now Pearson Junk Removal too! I have used this company three times for moving and now for Junk Removal! My husband and I recently moved into a new home (with the help of Pearson of course!) and also had a condo that we left behind. As we were prepping it to put on the market, we found the garage was a total mess with that left over “junk” that you don’t want to take with you and have to make the dreaded trip to the dump. The worst, worst, worst moving experience I have ever had. It took them 3 days and 3 trips to deliver 1 truck 1.5 miles. They showed up with two guys after telling me it would be 3. Took them 5 hours to load 2 beds, 1 dining table, 1 out door with chairs and a bunch of boxes. Zero communication. Truck broke down in front of my house at 8 pm blocking my neighbor from getting her car out. No call to me, no note to neighbor, sent a small truck to repack already full truck so it turned into 3 trips in 3 days. Pearson moving is the BEST as it gets!! Quick, efficient and super friendly! The moved us in February (huge job) from Scottsdale to east Mesa without a single hiccup. My crew was Michael, Jake and Jerry! They were FANTASTIC!! Michael, kept me completely up to date on his arrival. They were even early which was a huge plus! They were efficient, fast but took great care with everything. I moved temporarily into an apartment, on the 3rd floor! It was their second move of the day, their 1st, was a 4th floor move.… Very professional and were just wonderful! Come August, I will be scheduling with Pearson again and requesting this crew! Thank you gentleman for all of your hard work today! It was very much appreciated.

This was the worst move experience I’ve used them multiple times and the first couple times were great. This last time the movers were very young and seemed inexperienced. They did not have masks as I was told when I set up the move. He said one guy has asthma ok are face shields not provided. During the move they also went to the wrong location… which took about 25 minutes instead of the manager Jason correcting the issue( i think he took 10 minutes off my time) he said received a third guy for free. The third guy didn’t make much of a difference there was a lot of standing

From the moment I talked to Kyle on the phone to the moment his guys walked out of my door from my new home was an excellent experience. Kyle was polite and nothing but accommodating. His guys were so kind and professional helping me with whatever I needed. They even helped me with things that were not packed in boxes. Last year I went with another company and they complained about a certain entertainment piece I had. The movers had no complaints and a can do attitude. Thank you guys!

We scheduled our move really 3 days in advance and Pearson Moving accommodated that, plus I started getting text alerts and that was helpful.
The best part of the move was our crew - Kaden, Jermey, Sefton, these guys were amazing, professional, polite and were accommodating to our needs.
We got done in about 5-6 hours, and the move went peacefully and smoothly without any hiccups or broken pieces etc. They carefully wrapped our big pieces with blankets and cling wrap.
Bottom line - We are very satisfied with our move and highly recommend them.

Pearson was recommended to me by the group on Go Gilbert's Facebook page and I know why! They were on time, courteous and professional.
They protected my cream colored chairs and ottoman that I was so worried about! I just had them professionally cleaned!

MlThis was an awesome experience. Kyle and Pearson Moving made a quick move so simple and less that 4 hours. I had my girlfriend move in with me and really only needed her furniture and large items moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in Tempe to my home in Gilbert.
3 and a half hours later it was done...Matt and Connor were very pleasant, professional and efficient. Started at 7am, they were there right on time, done at 10:30.
I would reccomend these guys to anyone moving. Thank you Kyle, Matt and Connor.

There is nothing dishonest about my review. I think it's interesting you think you know the facts and yet you weren't even present at the move. You're going on the word of your employees who of course you're going to tell you what you want to hear because they're probably in fear of losing jobs.
I've been in communication with several other people who have given you negative reviews and they're definitely are similar themes. If anything is not a representative of the truth its your responses. I think it's funny how you don't address the facts
