If I ever move again, I'm calling Paul and his crew. I've never had a 'good' experience moving before. Paul showed up on time at 7:30am and his whole team was ready to go. I have a family of 4, moving from a 3 bed 2 bath 2-story condo to a 1 story house. They disassembled our kind bed, and other furniture, took the stuff we wanted to donate (one less thing I had to do), and had everything re-assembled and moved in by 12:30pm. Paul and his crew are god sends!! i was in a huge jam due to another company beung a huge extortation scam, 10,grand later and they just dumped my stuff into a uhaul for me to unload alone! mt building manager referred these guys, the were her 1st thing in the morning and in 2.5 hours had me settled after 3 horrifying weeks! friendly, efficient and soo amazing, they had quite a mess to deal with! the prices are great and so are they, i give them.20 stars!! im upliading a few pictures of what tgey had to deal with , cant say enough great things about them! definitely woukd use again!! yhanks,

This company stood me up!!! They didn't even have the decency to call me. They ignored my calls, email and FB message is how you treat your customers?!
On 12/8/20 I scheduled their services for today, 12/18/20. They gave me an ETA of between 10-2pm and said I'd get a call an hour before arrival.
When I didn't get a call by 2:15 I started to worry why that was so I tried calling. No answer. I attempted to call a few more times. When no one answered and there's no option to leave a VM, I sent an email. No reply. Called again. Messaged through FB.
It's after 6pm now

3rd time working with Paul and the gang. I call them the SWAT team... they come in sweep and bulldoze through the house and before you know it they're all finished!! Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. No lollygagging or trying to milk the clock. These guys move with purpose!! Always on time, they give a courtesy call and/or text at least an hour prior to your appointment, to let you know they're on the way. Thanks Paul... See ya next year!!

Over the last 19 years we have moved 6 times. In town, across state lines & across the country from NE to SW. The last 2 times we decided to do it ourself because our previous 3 experiences were horrendous. From the movers loosing or breaking items that they didn't replaced, overcharging for unnecessary boxes, to holding our electronics hostage until we settled the bill in cash or else. It's been our experience that large moving companies or small, they are all a mayor scam.

Upon further inspection and unpacking; all of my wine glasses were broken! Backs coming off of a nightstand and a wooden hamper! Drawers on a buffet broken as well as handle pulls! One of my nicer stand fans has the piece missing that holds the fan blade on! How did that happen! I believe they tossed the boxes in the truck carelessly and a lot of my furniture was not properly taken care of! I will be reporting them to the BBB!

I just used Donation Movers over this past weekend. Setting the appointment was easy with excellent communication. Their price was very reasonable and we were not disappointed with the service. Paul and 3 other guys got us from one home to the next quickly and efficiently. They wrapped all the furniture and were very careful and courteous. They also take all of your unwanted items to distribute to donation centers. I would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I hired Donation Movers to move me yesterday, 6/27/17. The first item they moved was an 840lb gun safe. They didn't wrap the safe before moving it so it was lying directly on their dolly. While transitioning through the front door, the dolly got hung up on the threshold and the safe started sliding off the dolly. I could see they were losing control of the safe as it became off balance so I stepped in to give them a hand. We managed to get it outside at which point they re-positioned it on the dolly. I had a mostly positive experience with this company when I first used them Dec 2015 so I rehired them to move again in June 2016. The move was under 5 miles. My home was packed & ready to go with most of the items still in the garage where they had moved them to for me 6 mths prior. I have been attempting to give the Owner, Mr Schmitt, an opportunity to rectify the numerous issues from this last move first personally, now through the Better Business Bureau to which there has yet to be ANY resolve at this point (other than more unprofessionalism from the Owner not taking responsibility), however

The job went smoothly. I contacted Donation Movers via the on-line quote on their website. The got back to me within 2 hours of submitting the quote. The lady who called me back was very nice and answered all my questions. Once I booked their services, I received a confirmation email listing the quote and other information needed for the move. 2 days before the move I received a confirmation phone call. The day of the move I received a call about stating the movers were on their way.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Brandon and his crew were punctual, fast, efficient, and absolute pleasures to work with. Plus, they are taking all of my unwanted stuff to a donation center! Paul and his crew moved us from Phoenix to Flagstaff, AZ with military-like efficiency and respect for our belongings. They underestimated how much we had and they ended up having to make two trips...to Flagstaff. They did not miss a beat or even charge us more. They had plenty of guys on the job and did not break for anything-no standing around. When they saw the long steep driveway, they had to park at the end of the driveway and carried everything up (and up) without balking. They were a finely oiled machine. And tireless.

Well started good, they called to see if they can come early. Perfect. Then downhill from there. Dinged walls, dirty carpet, and dented my 1 hour old New Fridge at my new house. Oops he says, and continues on like nothing happened. Later he says sorry and he will let his supervisor know what happened. Naturally they ask for a tip for their hard work. If I could give this organization a zero star rating I would. And to the folks that rated it a 5 star your relatives most own the place.
There are many issues with this outfit and I would agree with one of the previous posters comments about the lack of professional dress of the movers. They look like they were picked up right off the street. First impression was HORRIBLE. I've used 1st Choice movers in the past and I love that they had embroidered shirts and looked professional.
