Rocky Childers Construction provides estimates free of charge for all roofing needs! We do accept insurance claims and we will work with your insurance company to make sure that your roof is handled and taken care of. We proudly use GAF roofing products! Rocky Childers Construction now offers the services to encapsulate your crawl space needs!
The Warner's Ridge Subdivision is located in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. The town of Chapel Hill is in the northeastern area of Marshall County, Tennessee. This subdivision is currently where Rocky and Stoney are building homes at in Tennessee mostly. Rocky Childers Construction reserves the right to revise the design and/or specifications as well as price, terms & availability.
We worked with Stoney and Rocky Childers to custom build our beautiful new home! We cannot say enough about the quality of their work! Stoney was always available and so patient with our many questions and requests. If we had a request that was out of the norm, he didn't just say that it couldn't be done.

Love these guys!! My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Rocky Childers Builders. We live in Cornersville, TN. Stoney has been a tremendous asset not just building but has accommodated us in every way. He designed an indoor “dog house” and created hidden doors for my “Christmas closet”. These guys know their stuff and I trust them completely. More photos to come.

Rocky Childers is the best choice ever when considering building your new home! Stoney was absolutely amazing through every step of the homebuilding process. There was never a time that he did not answer any of our questions for us as first time homeowners. We are so blessed to have had the experience that we have had with this new build.
