CDP Architecture

As a contractor here in Nashville, we had the pleasure of completing a project recently with CDP as the architect. It was a pleasure working with their entire project team. This was a fairly complex remodel that involved frequent site visits and RFI's in order to determine solutions on unforseen circumstances. Their team was always willing to help and stop by the site whenever we needed them to. Their drawings were clear and the details were spot on. CDP incorporates the clients “must haves” into a phenomenal design and then adds features that you didn’t realize you were even missing. Completely untrustworthy, incompetent, and downright disappointing. What started out as a great relationship deteriorated into the use of a mechanical engineer, Angela Buckner, who clearly has no idea how to do her job. CDP failed to fix her terrible work, and in the end, I will make sure that no one in the restaurant industry uses CDP or Angela Buckner unless they want to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get the job done correctly. Just embarrassing and awful business practices.
