The service was excellent. I choose chem dry because I thought it would be better for me since I have multiple chemical sensitivities. I was surprised that I was able to renter the house quickly afterwards. We opted out on the deodorizer because we didn’t know how my body would react. If you have MCS this is the way to go, it’s much better than having someone soak your floors. The carpet is noticeably cleaner. Thanks
