The good - They cleaned my carpets and wooden floors and the work was acceptable. Because of a hip surgery I requested 2 people to help move furniture and along with my wife they did as promised. My total bill was about $1000 for a 4 bedroom house. While it was about $150 over their competitors pricing, having two people to move furniture was more than their competitors would promise to provide and worth the additional $$

This place is FANTASTIC and I've used multiple carpet companies over the years! The two staff members that camp to my home helped remove all the animal stains from my poor 16 year-old shiatsu who deals with incontinence. I have a new baby, so, it's important to me to go beyond spot wiping.
The owner was pleasant and very knowledgeable, great personality and presents which made this all much better.
I will be using them again in a few months if the dog diapers don't work :-/

I've been a customer for years and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else. Not only are they professional, they do an amazing job. The carpets look like new when they are done. Matt can answer any question you might have and Rich has cleaned my carpets several times and they look like they are ready for a photo shoot! They are also very accommodating where pets are concerned. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Carpet recovery plus did an amazing job on my carpets. I needed service in a short period of time and Matt was able to fit me in his busy schedule within the time frame I needed. They came on time and really took their time in making sure the job was done right. My dog has accidents on the carpets and with their pet treatment , all the stains and odor was completely removed. Matt just came back to our house to do several rooms for a very reasonable price -- $255 for 3 rooms and a portion of the basement (we are in the middle of clearing out 15 years' worth of junk). One room was added on short notice because we had the chance to swap out a large bed and the floor was clear -- Matt added it without an issue.

I found this company through yelp reviews. I was impressed with what other people said so decided to give them a try. I was more than pleased! Mat answered me promptly, set up the date and explained his rates up front. In the mean time I had a terrible paint spill in an upstairs room (not part of the original proposal) and they took it all in stride. They did a terrific job and guaranteed their work even if spots showed up later. I am looking forward to an ongoing carpet cleaning relationship!

Matt is a very nice guy, he was on time and did the professional job. The previous owner of the house has very good quality but stained carpet. I decided to hire a real good carpet cleaning service instead of simply replace it. And I made the right choice. The carpet that Matt washed was like brand new. All the stains removed. The only thing is the chemical has very strong smell, but after one night the smell went away. Thank you Matt, next year when I call you, please give me a " valuable customer " discount.

I'll start by saying that carpets kind of gross me out, but even moreso when you have 2 less than 20lb. puppies that just love to mark their territory and have the occasional mistake. Carpet Recovery Plus brought a very old and beautiful rug back to life! We had it in storage for about 6 years and when it came out it looked really sad; the once bright colors were subdued and it was also extremely dusty and dirty. Found this business on Yelp over a year ago. It was a Friday evening and I needed someone to clean my carpet the very next day! Matt answered his phone after hours. Matt is very professional and friendly, from the first call till the job is finished. The work was reasonably priced and all the equipment was very clean. Prior to cleaning, he went over pricing and options, was upfront with all the costs and services. The carpets had dog stains and smelled awful, after the carpets were treated all stains and smells were lifted.
I've had other big name carpet cleaners over and they don't respect your furniture or quality of work. Matt takes pride in his service and makes sure the job is completed correctly.

I found Matts company through yelp. My husband and I had just purchased our first home. I wanted a general carpet cleaning, spot treatment on a few stains, and to have out sectional cleaned.

This is exactly how a small business should run. Efficient, prompt and honest. I have a rug that, over the last 2 years, has a few stains and hidden 'love spots" from my dog.
