I ve bought carpet from this store a few times. I always look for Eric ( The Store Manager) Eric always takes the time to see how he can suit our needs the best, while not pushing the budget too much. Down to earth guy with a sense of humor. He always calls a few days after the installation to find out if we are totally happy. I will recommend him every chance I get

We had a great experience having our carpet installed by Carpet Factory Outlet on Sheridan Drive. Bruce did an amazing job helping us pick out the perfect carpet for our home! It’s holding up fantastic even being tested by a toddler, dog, and cat! Tremendous customer service and installation was quick and professional! They had the job done in just one morning. I’m so happy with how are carpet turned out I can’t recommend Bruce and Carpet Factory Outlet enough!

Create service from Bruce! Very easy to work with! Carpet installers did a great job! However my telephone experience with two other employees in the store had less than satisfying results. One refused to help in any way once he realized that I had been working with Bruce…this occurred several times. Another immediately left his desk and walked away from the phone when I had to call back due to a poor connection. He was equally unhelpful at other times. So to be honest, you spend a lot on flooring and should have good service no matter who you speak to. If I can’t work with Bruce then I will

We had vinyl plank installed and that was installed correctly but the quarter round was shoddy. The quarter round was measured incorrectly and had gaps. It looks hideous. When they put the baseboards back in after installing the plank they put them back in the wrong places. We had to fix everything. They also put dents on our refrigerator, dishwasher and doors. Very poor workmanship.

Eric ( at the Sheridan Drive location), made buying carpet for my in home office space so easy! Listened carefully to my needs, considered my opinions and thoughts and chose the perfect carpet at a reasonable price considering I rent and was paying out of pocket.
Very friendly, professional and efficient. This is my second trip to this location and will definitely recommend it to others!
UPDATE! Forgot to mention the installers were 5 star too. 2 very polite, professional young guys did a stellar job of install and great job cleaning up afterwards. Very efficient too! Helped me move furniture

Jordan and the Carpet Factory Outlet on Transit in East Amherst are awesome. We've been very pleased with the quality, selection, and installation. Jordan was attentive and patient with our changing timeline, and the installer Don was very professional. We've had them lay and replace carpet throughout the house, as well as bind and lay a somewhat complicated stair runner, and we will return to them when we're ready to do more!

On September 26, 2020 my husband and I stopped in to Carpet Factory Outlet on Union Rd. and found a carpet that we liked. We worked with Anthony and he was very pleasant. We ordered the carpet to be cut into the size rug that we needed and after being told that in the back of their store is where they bind the ends of the carpet we could expect to have it ready within 2-3 weeks. We were also told that we could have a different color binding than what was on the display piece of carpet in the store. Professional all the way. Hands down the best selection of carpet in WNY. Whether you're looking for something posh or something utilitarian, they have it. The service is top notch and knowledge and installation is professional and easy.
We cough carpets for 3 rooms and spent about 40% of what we would have at any other carpet place.

Never would I ever recommend Carpet Factory Outlet. It's been 2 days, and I'm still infuriated when thinking about this. Mariann was horrible and I mean HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would, just because I think people should know how pathetic this experience was.
I spoke to Mariann on the phone and she seemed perfectly friendly. We scheduled an appointment for her to come out and give us a quote a couple days later.
