Everyone at Dry Creek was great to work with, from our first call to the office to the final call from the superintendent.
Keith was the reason we selected Dry Creek—he arrived on time, with a can-do attitude, quickly provided an estimate, and was super responsive during the pre-contract phase.
Bryan, our superintendent, had the hardest job—he remained professional, polite, responsive, conscientious, on time, and was overall awesome to work with.
I was impressed by James, the cabinet maker—he calmly walked through our kitchen, quickly measured the area, and returned a few weeks later with

Dry Creek provided an excellent job on my home repairs following a water heater leak through the garage wall into my house. Bryan Keeney the superintendent on the job was reliably pleasant and an outstanding communicator. I was consistently informed when workers would arrive and which projects were next on the timeline for completion. While water damage in your home is a mini-disaster of sorts- there is a reward awaiting you in the end… beautiful restoration work! I can confidently endorse the experience one will have with Dry Creek Construction.

I had water damage to my home. The independent adjuster said Dry Creek is one of three companies he would allow to work on his home. I got three estimates and selected Dry Creek. I was very satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company. There were about a dozen workers so the work was completed in a little over a week. I was very satisfied with the flooring, drywall, kitchen counter and sink replacement, painting, and other miscellaneous work done. This was a nice company to work with and a good experience.

After a small fire/flood in my home, someone recommended Dry Creek Construction and I am so glad they did.
My job Superintendent Ted Dodson and his team were AMAZING!!! They did an exceptional job on my renovation and I am truly pleased with the outcome. I absolutely loved Ted’s can do attitude. In addition, I’m big on communication and Ted’s communication was always immediate and reliable with my questions and concerns being addressed quickly and thoroughly.
I also felt that Ted was always looking out for our best interest throughout the entire process.

We had a very positive experience with Dry Creek Construction – I only wish there were a way to give them more than 5 stars! Our home was damaged by a faulty sewer line, causing damage to both bathrooms and our master bedroom. The team from Dry Creek was very professional – our work was done on time and the quality was definitely first rate! Terry and his team insured that we were involved in the process every step of the way, answered any and all questions promptly and insured that there were no surprises at the completion of the job. We had the entire downstairs of our home renovated after water damage. They redid our bathroom, bonus room and kitchen. Dry Creek did an amazing job. Everyone who worked on our house and those at the office were so nice. Our project manager was amazing too. She was always so helpful through the entire process. We got everything we wanted and more. Everyone who has seen the changes love it. We have gotten so many compliments on our kitchen. I highly recommend them.

My refrigerator caused a giant water mess last fall, and the insurance adjustor recommended Dry Creek Construction. I couldn't have asked for a more talented, professional, and reliable company to fix my house. Anthony worked with me to incorporate the upgrades I wanted with the repairs my insurance would pay for. He also kept me calm through the months-long process when I was sometimes ready to have a meltdown. I ended up with a gorgeous kitchen that I absolutely love. I highly recommend Dry Creek Construction!!!

After half my house burned down, my insurance company recommended Dry Creek Construction who specializes in reconstruction after a fire. They do the whole job - plumbing, roofing, electrical, everything. Being a 70+ year old woman and with my insurance company’s backing, I picked this company. A repair list was made and a contract was signed. Then - Dry Creek kept their PROMISES - both the contract AMOUNT agreed to (matching insurance total) and the TIME FRAME to rebuild! They also showed compassion matching the circumstances.

Excellent craftsmanship. Dry Creek Construction were not happy until we were completely satisfied with the level of finish we requested. They kept a very tight schedule and went above and beyond our expectations. We worked with Dave and Christie on estimating and managing the project. Their professionalism and communication were second to none.

Six hours before I was to leave on vacation, my house flooded. Dry Creek came to the rescue and inspected the house thoroughly to make sure we would repair all areas needed. I am so impressed with their project management and resources. They had qualified people for every job, were very flexible and accommodating, and offered lots of solutions to choose from.
