On this Tenant Improvement (T.I.) project the goal was to provide (6) studios for private piano instruction, a men's and woman's rest room with ADA compliance, lounge area with kitchenette, recording studio, show room with stage and upstairs piano storage with service elevator. The big challenge on this project was creating a second story space that could hold over a 100 pianos.
