I just want to say the costumer service at Jaguar is horrible. I've also had tons of issues with Audi. My mother who is 70 years old was trying to get help because she was stranded with a flat tire in her brand new F Pace. Well, it has under 15k miles - basically brand new. You would think after spending good money you could call and get good costumer service. We called Jaguar and got someone who gave us 3 different wrong numbers for roadside assistance. Then I asked for a manager and he gave me the phone number for Wells Fargo.. which I think was deliberate. When I called back they told me

Worst experience ever . I called and inquired about a warranty repair to my 2019 jaguar and the service manager Made it very clear to me that African-Americans were not welcome and told me not to bring my car there. Had to get my car towed 2 1/2 hours to the next dealership in Birmingham Alabama for service. Stay away from this place

I will never buy a car from this dealership again !!!!!!!!!! i bought a car a year ago i was promised a second key , and i was promised to have my breaks fixed. after a whole year and a half now i’m still fight to get my key. i paid to have my breaks fixed on my own cause every time i call no one answer the phone. now i’m at the point that i’m taking my car to alabama to buy another key for my car. i have had a better experience at the kia dealership then this one

One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again. I went in for my scheduled oil change the morning before heading out of state. In the process of confirming appointment i explained my time was limited due to a funeral i needed to attend, i was told i would be in & out in about ah half hour. I reached the dealership @ 7:45 that morning and once again asked how long would process take, & was told it would be less than an hour. THREE hours later i walked to the front upset about the extended time it actually took. After voicing my concerns, my vehicle was brought out. The manager gave me the service on the house, however, it was not my best experience

I bought my Jaguar F-Type convertible last month and am extremely happy with my purchase. Before I bought, I had been considering other F-Types at different dealers across the southeast as well as considering other makes and models of roadsters. Eventually, I narrowed my choices to two makes/models of roadsters that were at two different dealerships. I was extremely impressed with the way that my salesman, Danial Z., at Jaguar Jackson (aka Ritchie Automotive) handled ALL of my questions (there were many) and stayed in touch with me without being pushy or aggressive. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. After getting the car home we discovered the front wheel was damaged. The dealership asked us to bring it back and they would fix it. During the trip back we had a flat tire 100 miles from no where. In trying to fix the flat we discovered the car was sold without a key to unlock the lug nuts and therefore had to be towed. Weeks later we returned to the dealership to get the wheel fixed. They couldn't fix the wheel. I gave them my invoice for the tire and they said they would send a check. The service is actually better than before staffing changes were made, however overall service levels still has a long way to go. The new procedure to schedule drop offs is better but it takes an act of congress to get a call to update you on the progress of your vehicle. Then when you call to get in touch with your service agent they never answer the phone or return calls. Sadly, this is the norm at this dealership.
