I enjoyed my purchasing experience with the dealer and would definitely buy from them again. Who would have thought the purchasing process for a vehicle across 2 states would be easily than a purchase across town?!?! We have had many customers fly in, inspect the vehicle in person, complete the sale, and then fly home. These customers have their purchase transported directly to their door. If you choose this option, we will be happy to pick you up from the Jackson International Airport (JAN) and return you to the airport when you are ready to depart.

Very disappointed. My friend and I drove there to purchase one of the cars they had. There were workers inside so we knocked on the door and asked if we can look at the cars. This was a Friday at 1:00. The person pointed to the door and said appointments only very rudely. We said we did not see that but since we were all there and they seemed open we wanted to make a purchase. He then pointed to the door again and said no, call to make an appointment and started to close the door. We told him he was being rude and he could care less. Hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had! As a single woman, I was confident and never once felt I was being taken advantage of. WOW I can’t say what a pleasure it was to purchase one of chip’s Hand picked vehicles. He’s clearly a car guy! Usually when you buy a used 250K car from an “after market “ dealer you walk away with some kind of resentment. Not this Time.. :) Chip, Wendy and their whole staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was truly exceptional!! Who offers to take the car to the dealership for services while awaiting payment and then they had the forethought to have a piece of loose trim replaced without me even mentioning it!! This was my first time buying experience from private dealership and if you are hesitant, don't let that stop you from shopping here. Give Chip a call before you do. I usually buy from regular dealership thinking they would be easier in every way. I was wrong, this was far the most easiest car buying experience I have ever experienced. I was in and out FAST and Chip and their team answered all my questions, they are always there when you need them, has provided me fantastic experience overall. I will definitely be back for my next car and recommend them to everyone I know if they are in market

The transaction could not have been smoother. Chip picked me & my wife up at the airport and took us to the dealer. The car was exactly as described and in beautiful condition. The entire dealership and all their cars are top notch, beautiful. In hind site I should have just had Chip ship the car to me. I was worried about the out of state purchase so I wanted to see the car first hand before purchasing. Next car I buy from Chip I will have no worries about just having it shipped direct to me. Chip and Wendy are the best.
