I copped a infinity q50 from my bro @Phantum Auto, So if you going thru the reviews trying to find a dealer this is the best one in south gate hands down. nobody does it better then Mark so when you get there ask for Mark hell have you in the car you want and you'll love it !!!!! For someone who has a 713 credit score and wanting to get a $17,000 used car, and you guys asking for $7,000 down payment. Lmao yall tried. And you (Marc) saying that the bank would only approve us for $11,000 what a joke. If you really saw my credit history you would've seen that i had a car financed AND paid off from WESTLAKE finance for +$30,000. If you go here, be careful with this people. I wouldnt doubt all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Did research and went in ready to buy. Had looked at over a dozen similar cars at various dealerships, used car lots, and private sellers. The one they had posted online seems like what I was interested in. Spoke with someone over the phone about seeing the car and they said to come in. When I arrived they refused to let me test drive the 15 year old car unless I proved I had the means to purchase the vehicle. Never had that happen before and this was not a high value vehicle I was interested in. The value was lower than the one I arrived in. Left without buying the car.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - this may be long but worth it to avoid places like this.
A zero would be the rating. They sold us a truck that when we left, the sun was going down. As I was following my son home, which was about an hour away, I notice no outside lights worked on the truck, no break lights, turn signals, etc. and they let us drive off like that. I'm pretty sure it is not legal to let someone drive off with no working lights. Note to you all, Make sure all lights work if you're stupid enough to come here.
Then when we got home and happened to look under the hood a little

What can I say but I wish I came in here sooner, while other dealerships gave me no wiggle room , Phantom made buying my car EZ...the sales team is great they treat you right and respect, best of all I got a great deal, one I couldn't get elsewhere. I spoke to Billy the sales manager over the phone a few days ago and he ran me through the whole process at ease and was up front and honest with me and went the extra mile to run me through the ropes how everythung worked since I'm a first time buyer very friendly patient and down to earth. This is what customer service should be like! Going the extra mile for your customers and being honest and no pressure!! Glad I had met him and taking the initiative to work with him give him a call he will do everything he can to get you in the car of your dreams!!

Meet Mike Dec 6,2019 came in for an "interview" not knowing anything about car sales. Mike took his time read my resume and inviting me in. We tried going to las playitas auto to look at the vehicles over there but the sale person Jesus was real quick to turn us down without even trying!!!! 101 guys it's really discouraging getting turned down so quick. We decided to try phantom auto let say is wow best customer service the salesman was so nice and helpful. Sold me a car with a bad engine!! Beware the cars look good but this place is sketchy! This place is HORRIBLE they reset the light to were they don't turn on when u drive it but once you buy a car and take it home they turn on in a couple of days!! You don't have to believe me just go head and buy a car from here and learn the hard way! I have no reason to lie I have nothing to gain from talking bad about this place. I wish everything went well but they are scammers!!

Hubby and I came in to look at a Subie they had on sale and this is by far the best auto dealer I have ever been to. Their customer service was phenomenal! They answered all of our questions and gave us a great apr even with our not so great credit and low down payment. Also, the staff are both Spanish and English speaking which is great because most dealerships aren't bilingual. This was a wonderful experience and we didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable with making the sale. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new car!

We been looking for a Chevy lifted truck for a week. On and cargurus there was 3 trucks that was similar. And we were interested in. We checked out Phantom Auto because of the great reviews. It was an awesome experience! The girls were nice and friendly. Rocio and Kathy were so nice and very professionaI. We love our new truck! Me and my husband was out looking for a car, we just went to look with no intentions of buying a car that day. We were upside down on our previous car loan. We spoke with a nice and helpful lady Alejandra, and she ran some numbers and we ending up buying a car that day. She worked with us for 10:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. but she made the deal happen, and we end up buying a car that day. We got a 2011 Chrysler 300 C, it comes with all the bells and whistles FOR A GREAT PRICE. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING OR NEED A CAR, YOU GO HERE FIRST AND ASK FOR ALEJANDRA SHE'S THE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES.
