Erick used car dealer advice to potential customers. My father went in and was sold incorrect information before the purchase. After the contract was sign my father went one day after and told the salesman he no longer was interested in the car . Salesman (which till today we have no name) try to do everything in his power not to return the downpayment . How do you make someone who does not understand English properly sign a contract . That contract was done incorrectly if it is not bilingual ( when someone speaks Spanish only) Come to our surprise the manager statement was " well good luck

I purchased a Ford Lighting truck back in 10/20/17 that broke down with major problems 2.5 weeks later. He tried to screw me over with the AS-IS document they have you sign because its a used car. But since i was his business neighbor and truck only showed 88K miles he said he would fix it. Long story short, after a 3 weeks of him having it, I came back in town and when they TRIED to deliver it to me it broke down again. Paid $5500 cash down and made 2 payments to bank and as of now 1/29/18 still have no truck. Going back and forth with bank and filed a claim with DMV. Now just got a call that
