After a spinal cord injury confining me to a wheelchair Blake and the crew from Copper creek Construction came into my home and did everything that was needed to get my 2 story home accessible and livable for me.

I cannot believe the experience I had with this company. Words fail me. I am not talking about a small job I am talking about an entire remodel of my upstairs. The contractor and architect not only did not bother to show up for the appointment to finalise the contract. Their office kept telling me they couldn't find either one of them. I grew so concerned I thought perhaps the fellows had been killed in a car accident? TWO DAYS OF THIS. No one followed up to bother to explain why the contractor and architect never showed up. I had to follow up and call them and they acted like they had no idea

Left work early to meet them at my home to get an estimate. I called 30 minutes after our scheduled time and the person that was going to meet me went to a different meeting, wasn't going to be able to make mine and never contacted me. Not very professional.

I just want to thank Copper Creek for a job well done! We had a kitchen fire right after Christmas. Blake and his crew came right in and started to go to work. They knew exactly what to do and who to call, every step of the way. They even helped us file our paperwork and deal with our insurance adjustor. Blake was extremely warm and caring towards our family. He put our minds at ease during a very difficult time.
