(as it turns out, this is my second time giving them a one-star!) I drive a 2020 Ford Ranger. I received a recall notice that they may be unfit to drive due to incorrectly-installed seat belts. The notice said to take it to the dealer for inspection.

I come by on Monday, they're packed and I'm told to come back the next day at 0700. I ask if I should make an appointment, he says not to worry.

I show up Tuesday, and I'm told that they can't even look at the truck because they're still so backed up, and did I make an appointment? (Well, no, I was told not to bother). Well

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I dropped off my truck for service at 9 am for service was informed at 3:00 that there is no oil !!! How does a dealership not have oil !!! TOM is the pest service representative! He lied and continued to blame me for not picking up my truck before hand . Absolutely terrible service !!

I hadmyford escape 05 towed here after speaking with 2 different employees (Brinky & Gary ) re: my car so 4 days later Unbelievably they call me & decide they don't work on that year car 05' some no big x $$ to be made on an ancient car!! Even though it's Ford's STUPID anti theft problem which is why I even had the problem. In 1st place thanks again for nothing!! Jerks

I had the best buying experience with Danny. I bought a Ranger back in Jan 2020 it was the worse experience with the finance guy I swore I wouldn't ever be back. I bought my next few cars other places. but I wanted to trade my Ranger for a new one and the one I wanted was at fritts. So I went Danny greeted me. He listen to my concerns about being there. Well he made this the easiest and happiest buying experience ever. Between Danny in sales and Lisa in finance I will buy my cars from Danny. Let me start by saying, if I could put zero stars I would. I had the worst experience here and I hope that you all see the true colors of the manager here at Fritts Ford. To cut a long story short we were lied to by Michael (the manager), just like any car salesman. I didn't like the price of the vehicle and he told me he would cut down the price and it never happened. I offered to pay cash to reduce the price and all he was worried about was his money. He said he wouldn't get the money until later if we gave him a check (even though we had cash and he was very against paying in full). My dad and

Bought for explorer and paid extra for the Xbond and used it when we got small paint chips and scratches on black paint and they did not honor it. Although third party service I wouldn't recommend it since doesn't cover road hazard issues. Just environmental. Explorer is good except recall on warpped luggage racks and the dealerships never have them in stock or care to call or help us get them replaced as it's been over a year now. Wish they had better service.

Found a car online and called ahead to see if the vehicle was available. When I arrived I was introduced to Danny Delfin one of the sales associates. He was very kind and proffesional. He showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive. I had my own financing and he was ok with it. He answered all my questions and then some. He really made my car buying experience enjoyable and easy.

I saw a great deal online on the ford.com website and their own website. when I called to get information they tried quoting me for $3,000 more and had to get approval to honor the online price WTH. Luckily they did say they will honor that price.

So now feeling this is a little sketchy...

I went for a test drive, salesman asked for my DL, I handed them a copy of my DL while showing I have my DL with me. They told them they have to make a copy and run my "information" I refused to give them my original. I still have not found the law that I have to give a dealer my Drivers License

For the most part we've had a positive experience with this dealership, but our truck has now been in the shop for over a month, waiting for parts, and no clue when they will be coming in. We understand that there are things happening outside of their control, but it was very insulting that they were willing to "push the manufacturer" to roll out a new car with certain features, when trying to sell a car in the place of the one being fixed, but they can't seem to "push the the manufacturer" about the parts needed to fix the vehicle we have in the shop now. Danny Delfin was the sales associate that assisted me in my car search.
He was a modality of kindness and information. I felt Danny was respectful of my budget and extrapolated vehicle options from our conversation that surpassed my expectations. He was great.

My only negative experience occurred when I met with finance. Once I repeatedly declined the additional warranty and Gap insurance I was pushed out quickly. The gentlemen did not inform me of who I'll be making my loan payments to, as well as the lengthy contracts I was endorsing. I will say he was kind and friendly.

Recieved a complimentary 1st oil change and called for an appointment. I was told we could wait with an appointment it shouldn't take long. When we arrived we were informed of a two hour wait because all the cars dropped off were in front of us and that an appointment didn't mean the mechanic would be waiting for us. We are 70's an do not wish to sit 2 hours in a waiting area with a covid pandemic going on.

Danny Delfin came to us when we plan to leave because the first sales man with us frequently checked his watch, looks like we are playing around in the coldest day of the year.
I would give Mr.Delfin five stars if I can, he IS the sales man that I am expecting, he just professional.

My salesperson, Danny, was outstanding! Great attitude, knowledgeable, helpful. I knew I wanted an F150 but he helped me figure out the features i needed without pushing me to get upgrades i didn't need. A much better experience than some other dealers. That's why i bought from him.
The only reason for losing a star was the quality of the detailing when i bought it. The truck had been on a pod and was very dusty inside and out. I deliberately didn't take it that night so it could be properly detailed. However, it received a haphazard cleaning. The inside was still very dusty, corners
