Purchased a Lexus, Navigation missing the SD card. Luis promised to get it replaced and no need to have it written into the purchase agreement. After 1 month of giving me the run around he will no longer take calls or respond to e-mails,voicemails,texts. It's been 6months of trying to get a response Extremely disappointed SHADY business practice

Just odd vibes here. First not a single woman works here I saw. Nor anyone that's not Latino. I like seeing all races & both sexes working at a place.
I was talking to Luis all week. But I get there & a bunch of guys are all standing around. Almost like high school kids. One comes over & doesn't even say his name just says "I'll be showing you the car. Luis is with a customer." Right then I thought it's odd to speak to one person all week only to show up & someone else is showing you the car.

Ooof!!! Buyer beware! It's a shame because my interaction with the sales associates were great. Polite. And informative, so I thought.
Went to look at 2011 BMW We saw online. They were kind enough to put it to the side for us,which was appreciated. Looked at it, it had a weird smell to it and the trunk button kept getting stuck preventing the trunk from closing. So we decided to look at a different BMW as they had many on the lot. Salesman tried telling us to look at one in particular so we did and the driver door was clearly not aligned and wouldn't close properly also had bald tires. Because

Bottom line you sold a car wit a bad transmission and had me test drive more cars with problems. i dont care how nice and courtious you are. scammers make you feel like they are helping you out and being courteous and professional until they have your money. top performance dealer? but had to give someone a loaner after they just purchased a car ? lol yeah i bet, next time if you're so professional don't try to send your family members to my yelp business page to leave bad reviews because you guys sale horrible cars. next time pull up to my store and come talk to me. good luck

I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a great used vehicle.The sales family here is AWESOME! My family has purchased 6 cars from UNIQUE and they ALL run GREAT! I have no complaints about any of the cars/SUVs that we've bought. I will be a customer for a very long time! As long as UNIQUE is in business, they will be my Car/Suv/ Truck guys. Ask for Sam or Luis. They are the best in the business. Tell them AL sent you👍🏽👍🏽

Going into this dealership my group had a vehicle in stock that we were interested in prior to arriving. We had called to see if it was still available and a guy named Auggie told us it was and he'll be here to help us today if we wanted. Arrived and met with him, he showed us the car and features and gave us some time to take a look as well as test drive it.

I purchased a 2016 Used Car which was a pretty good deal, however, much to my dismay i didn't notice a spider crack on the front windshield which was hidden by the rear view mirror, i contacted Luis via text message and he never responded, also responded to an email that was sent on the behalf of Hernando through the TruCar buying service which was never responded to as well, also only had 1 key, and they were adamant that i had to purchase a $2500 gps system in the car, i didn't end up paying for it, even though they said it could not be removed, somehow they removed it!

I was helped immediately and was able to get the car that I wanted. They have a wide range of cars at very great prices. Saul specifically is extremely helpful and if you are looking for a specific car he will find you the car that you want. From what I have seen he is honest and for the most part does not try and spring surprise payments on you.

UAC had a great selection of cars. We drove 40 miles out to see a car and as they promised it was there. They had such a large selection, we ended buy a different car at a great deal. The crew was assertive and extremely helpful. T the financial manger was a great help and easy to work with. Fair and honest.

The good:
So thankfully the car I bought is mechanically sound, it is a Honda so it speaks by itself.
The bad:
Overall they try to act nice but they defenitely do not have the customer in mind. I am not too mechanically inclined but I tried to do my homework and checked what I could (tires, oil, refrigerant, et). I had to really put up a fight just to get the advertised priced. They wanted to add a 900 finance fee, 600 gap(they claimed it was mandatory to get credit), security locks. Even though I found them through Amex car buying, they wouldn't take my Amex card. But I still feel I overplayed

I had an absolutely great experience at UAC! I purchased a clean 2017 C300 with low mileage on 7/15/20. The salesman Saul was very direct and took his time with me in the heat.
