I recently found myself in a, not so great, situation that required getting a new car. Going to R and B auto was the right choice! All the staff there was so kind and accommodating. I was helped by the manager Paul who went above and beyond for me to get everything I wanted, without being hassled either. It was a great way to ring in the new year, on a happy note with a great new car! Thanks to the whole team there at R and B auto!

Don't you dare get a car here!!! They do not treat you like family here
Took my car to fix the sunroof. Initially when I took it it would roll at least back but it had something stuck on the rollers so it would close back up. Took it to R&B and waited almost 2 days for a guy to look at it.
When I got it back my sunroof didnt roll at all now. They made it worst if anything. Guy tells me it's OK they will order everything. Coronavirus passes a d when I call now to fix what they made worst. They don't fix sunroof anymore.
I will never in my life do business with R&B so much

So my husband and i decided to go to r&b because we wanted a reliable safe pick up truck for our family as well to enjoy pulling our boat and trailer and so forth . So we initially had looked at the 2017 Ford F-150 XLT we took it for a test drive around the block i would say , we put a heavy down payment down and took the truck home same day . Little did we know we were in for a long miserable ride we got this truck in June of this year 2021 **F150 XLT with king shocks all around had to take it back because light bar wasn't working breaks we're screeching the next day, wiper blades

My hunt for a used wrangler was a complete nightmare until I found R&B.. I'd spent countless hours and months trying to find someone reasonable to work with and to try to get useful information about the Jeeps I was interested in purchasing.
After a little back and forth over the details and additions to the vehicle, both of us were able to come to a conclusion that a deal was to be made.

Leased a ford fusion 2016 , was my first leased car and let me tell you , as a new purchaser they took advantage of my situation , should of thought twice about my decision, so i take responsibility on that on my part. I've had so many problems with this vehicle, and not received any help on my car.
This car was doing good for about a year , and incoming comes the debt. It so happens right before my car transmission decides to take a dump costing me tons of money, my cars warranty ran out after about 40,000 miles used, (100k) miles and shortly after warranty taps out my car seems to have problems

From the car to the financing, I couldn't be happier with my purchase at R&B Auto Center. I usually dread having to buy another vehicle. The over the top salesman or having the back and forth session with the finance guy.You won't find any of that here.
R&B vehicles are top quality. Do yourself a favor and skip the drive to Orange county. Shop R&B you'll be gad you did. I sure am. Thank you Shaun, I'll be back!

Learning my lesson after I bought my car they sold me a car that at the time didn't have engine problems a few months after I had it the engine started to slip they blamed it on me will deny everything once they sold you the car so carful think twice about this place learn from my mistake!!!!

FRAUD, FRAUD EVERYWHERE!
They had me pre-sign paperwork including a list of contingencies they agreed to fix because the car wasn't ready for sale yet. All work was to be completed before I accepted the car upon delivery a few days later.
The car was delivered LATE with NO UPDATES so I took a day and a half off work for no reason. The delivery date and ETA they gave me kept getting pushed back and they never bothered to tell the truth which would've saved me time and money.
When it was eventually delivered the work they did was obviously incomplete and what had been started (painting

IFFY PURCHASE
Thought I found a good deal at R&B. Saw an ad for a used street bike that only had 1350 miles with a CLEAN CARFAX Report! Still new, that's what I thought. After making the purchase, I was handed 2 keys, that were different! Took the bike to a local Yamaha dealership were they told me that the ignition had been replaced and the rear tire started to leak SLIME. It had 2 plugs in it. I had to buy a new tire that was $200. I also was supposed to get a full tank of gas. When I asked if it was full they said close enough. After only getting 100 miles on the tank the reserve

Before showing up to R&B I had asked if they can help me get a lower APR. They said yes & Benjamin was able to help me get the lowest APR. I was able to also get the longest payment plan which is very helpful as a mom. The car quality is amazing here. I bought a beautiful 2018 Jeep Cherokee. The price was a good deal and I definitely chose the right place to buy my new car. Thanks R&B!
