A friend bought a dually from here awhile back and referred me to this place, bunch of misc fees, dealer accessories that they won't reduce, and subprime rates which insult you. These lots stay full of trucks because they don't haggle at all. You'll have better luck at Carmax or carvana. Only clueless people would sign for all their dealer accessories without questioning everything. Bunch of acronyms on their documents and refuse to work out a deal. After stating that they had too many fees added I was told that all dealers have fees... no they don't. Stay away from this place

I tried to buy a truck there. The sales person Robert and Al were very nice and got the vehicles out to test drive. When it came time look at some numbers for my down payment, trade in, etc. the manager was very condescending and rude. Then I was told that I'll need to buy these add on features which is clearly stated in the ad that they are optional. I never got the trade in value because I walked out. Needless to say I will not spend any of my money there and I do not endorse their business.

The salesperson appeared polite and attentive. The lot is FULL of trucks!!! So many trucks! Unfortunately, everything is too expensive. We didn't get into talking about buying but it seems like they try to bump up the prices when you are about to close on a deal. I would have reservations about that. Be careful and pay attention to the fine print!

I have been looking for a used 4X4 with little success in finding anything of quality. I should have looked at pacific auto center to begin with. They have a large inventory of quality trucks of all makes. Landon was the most sincere, informative and overall pleasant salesman I've ever met! Truly no gimmicks or games with Landon. Highly recommend if looking for a used truck.

I went in for the purpose of purchasing a specific vehicle (did my research in advance). I came to the lot, spotted the 2012 Ford Edge Sport, took a quick look before asking for assistance, and was set on moving forward. I would actually not give this place any stars or the customer service. After searching for hours/days for a good car, my husband and daughter finally found a good fit. My husband called the Auto Center and "Carlos" advised the car they found was at their location in Fontana, made an appointment to see and possibly buy. After driving 36 miles from our home ONE WAY to this dealership, "Carlos" as well as another man advised my husband the car was there and proceeded to find the keys letting my husband and daughter to wait. Do not buy here! They add so many additional fees for any car, stuff you don't want. And the add ons can be purchased for less. They won't even negotiate the add ons. This place is ripping people off and for those that fall for the scam, wake up go somewhere were your dollar goes further. Well if you bought... to late and not smart. I bought a 2020 Ford F-250 elsewhere with 10k mikes with no add ons and no BS. Take your hard earned dollars where they are wanted!

WOW! A COMPLETE CIRCUS. THE ADVERTISED INTERNET PRICE IS NOT THE ACTUAL PRICE! We made a trip here from LA to take a look at a truck we thought seemed reasonably priced online. When we arrive, we noticed the truck's door had been involved in some sort of accident which was not disclosed. I understand it's a used car, but if that information was disclosed the price would be lower. On top of seeing the car which was not clean, THEY MAKE YOU PURCHASE ACCESSORIES which you do not need. My experience at Pacific Auto Center was one of the best of all I have experienced in 50 years. Adrian was extremely helpful and focused on our requirements. Not at all pushy he found exactly the truck we were looking for. I guess so with their large inventory of vehicles. In addition Saul made even the finance part pleasant. Against my better judgement I bought a "new" car (3000 miles) from these guys. At the last second before signing paperwork, they said "oh, and an extra $2000+ for an alarm system that we install on all our cars." Beware, that is not the only trick they will pull. Two months after I drive the car off of the lot, the engine died. I took it to the Chrystler/Ram dealer, and after scratching their heads, discovered that the engine was not original. THE ENGINE HAD BEEN SWAPPED OUT WITH AN OLDER ENGINE!! New valve covers etc had been installed to make it look new. But without tearing

Buying a used diesel, very clean, very low miles. The truck was over priced, and still the salesmen added about $3k in fake charges, for clear coat, etching warranty, GPS. The guys were kind of rude and arrogant. After speaking with the salesman about removing the charges , they said "look, in this market, if you don't pay the extra charges, someone else will". So I bought the truck. I left dealership, put $100 in the tank and drove off. 8 minutes later, the check engine light came on, transmission started jerking, slammed into

I agree with everybody on here that is saying this place is shady, I was looking for a work vehicle for my company so I sent in credit application was fully set to go down and buy a work truck from them but strangely enough the ad was missing from the Internet and the guy told me that they had already sold the truck underneath me??? Or is it because they missed labeled the price and pulled it because they would have to honor it??? I have purchased multiple trucks from this business and they have just lost a repeat customer... over a simple dipstick. My last truck was missing the oil dipstick. I called and left multiple messages to have them send me a replacement, couldn't get anyone on the phone to help or return a call. However, when I was In the process of purchasing the truck they were very responsive and easy to reach. This may seem trivial but it's the principle of respect and integrity. Take care of your customers, not just your potential customers...
