11 weeks and not a single bit of communication from Cindy. Have tried on numerous occasions to get information about our order only to be told she needed to check and would call us back. After 9 phone calls and 4 emails we have yet to get a response from her. The encouraging news is that we were told orders after ours have already gone out. I understand supply chain issues but the lack of communication and follow up is horrendous. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Will be cancelling our order.

If you're going to order from them, do not trust the color samples that you see online. See the online sample for "putty" -- it looks beige. What we got shipped to us was a cream / off white color. That's not a small variation.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you DO order fabric swatches. The company DOES recommend it, but they should really require it since their website photos are SO far off from the reality of the fabrics. I regret choosing this company for our outdoor furniture cushions.
