Palm Casual was established in 1979 in Orlando Florida as a small family business manufacturing outdoor furniture and selling it direct to the public. The total size of our first building was 2000 square feet divided into half showroom and half manufacturing. Over the past 35 years Palm Casual has expanded from our original factory to ten additional factory showrooms throughout Florida.
My wife and I spent a fair amount of time shopping all of the local outdoor living stores (and most other furniture/home dcor stores) to find what we wanted for our new home. I don't think you can beat Palm Casual. Starting with the helpful information shared with us during our first store visit, through to delivery of our purchase, all aspects were top notch.
Our wicker products are comprised of a high density polyethylene vinyl that is hand woven over a fully welded, powder coated aluminum frame. We offer a variety of dining, deep seating, lounge, and many sizes and styles to meet our customer's needs. All Palm Casual wicker furniture consists of a removable seat frame and several hundred Sunbrella fabric options.
Cast Aluminum furniture is an outdoor aluminum option with decorative casting to give an elegant look to your patio. Palm Casual offers dining, deep seating and several styles for your outdoor space. Locally manufactured, our outdoor Sunbrella cushions outfit our cast aluminum furniture many color options.

Ordered a simple glass table with four chairs. We're told cushions are custom made. We were also told that there would be a 12 week order due to shortage. We waited 12 weeks and no furniture. We called and were told they hadn't even started our order....what a waste of time. Canceled order right away. Lots of promises but none were true. Buyer beware.

Terrible they claim warehouse/manufactures pricing when they were actually more than if you purchased at Home Depot. The cushion right away started mildewing and when I took the covers off. The sewing in the cushion covers was terrible. Loose strings and fraying every where. Do not buy from them. Ripe off

From start to finish a fantastic experience ! friendly, helpful !! delivery went smoothly. Delivery driver didn't like the way one chair was assembled so he immediatly took it back, made sure it was assembled correctly and brought it back at the end of the day !!! Above and beyond great customer service. Definitly recommend and definitly will return when we need more furniture !!!

They have great furniture and great pricing but not so great customer service if you are looking for follow up. I ordered my furniture and waited 3 months then I started calling to find out if my furniture was in and ready to be picked up. I called 3 times on 3 different days and left messages with a rep at the showroom but never received a call back. I finally went back into the showroom and found out my order was ready to be picked up. Had I not stopped by I'm not sure they still would have called me. As I write this review I have been on hold for 15 minutes with the showroom and now they

I spent months trying to replace my patio cushions but once I stopped in Palm Casual I finally got the help and guideance I needed to make decisions, not to mention I paid much less than others had quoted. I'll start with the only positive of our entire experience. The salesperson was very pleasant and helped us select a great dining set & a couple of chairs for our lanai. From there, things went downhill quickly, and no one here, including the manager, managed to stop it. Mistake after mistake was made, starting with placing the order (a week after our actual order date, which affected our expected delivery date - before Thanksgiving).

The Halls experience with Palm Casual Tampa was top notch service! Christa was amazing at helping pic out the best fabric and decor for what fitted for my backyard. The personalized customer service was all that I could ask for and more. "Big Brother Steve" is fair in the pricing but even if he didn't give us a great deal we still would have purchased from them. The quality of the merchandise is just superb! Thank you once again Palm Casual Tampa team! I will be back!!!

Our Adirondack chairs and side table look good but after two years on our porch, the wood-look is roughed up, and there is actual splintering. I was told to lightly sand the rough areas, but that is not really working. Most splintering is not on seating surfaces, but it's not attractive. I'd attach photos but the mobile ap doesn't want to work.

We took Steve's suggestion and shopped around a bit before we returned with our final decision and boy are we happy with our purchase.
We just finished a total renovation of our pool and lani so naturally we wanted and needed to replace our sun faded worn out old set. We had time to looK around and test out the hundreds of choices on the market, which after a while everything starts to look the same. I had a vision of what I wanted but finding it was a challenge... until we stepped into Palm Casual and met Steve. I really wish all sales people

What a fantastic product and overall shopping experience. The store owner (Steve) greeted us as we entered and took the time to listen to our thoughts and understand our needs and wants. He recommend several sets and we landed on the Grand Cypress collection. This is the 2nd time I have purchased patio furniture from Palm Casual. The 1st time was over 30 years ago. I finally gave my chairs and table away. It was still all in good shape, I just wanted new. This furniture is by far the best patio furniture you can buy. It is comfortable, affordable and has a lifetime warranty. It does not get better than that. I searched for months for patio furniture both online and locally, one day after having lunch I decided to just see what patio stores were in the area "just in case". I originally bought my PVC pipe furniture 24 years ago from Palm Casual. I recently bought my 3rd set of cushions and the set looks brand new. Love the cushion fabric that Christa helped me pick out. Placed order and cushions were ready for pick up a day before promised.
