I scheduled a garage service on a Monday between 2-4 PM. No one showed up or called to cancel. When I called the office asking when they would arrive, I was told they had had "systems problems" and that the appointment was never scheduled. I told them to cancel the appointment. Two weeks later, I received a Calendar notice from Elite: they had scheduled me for a service on another Monday, same time - after I had cancelled. I can't say if their service is any good, but their scheduling is abysmal.

I set an appointment and asked to be on their cancellation list. I received a call the next day and was told that I could be squeezed in due to a cancellation. This was amazing news! They arrived (Brad) on time and with a smile on his face!
Brad was absolutely wonderful! Not only did he make the necessary repairs and adjustments, he took the time to show me why my garage door needed the work and inspected my entire garage door and opener system to ensure it was properly functioning. Our garage door hardware and opener was worn out and failing. Mr. Lewis replaced all the hardware, opener and hangers at a very reasonable price. He didn't try to sell us a new door, in fact he recommended we keep the existing door because of the quality. The work was scheduled timely and Mr. Lewis was on time and completed the work quickly. My Garage door was damaged by the wind and needed replaced. I looked around at local hardware stores hoping to buy a door and install it my self. I had nothing but problems trying to find the right door or sales person that could actually get me what I wanted. I decided to get quote from Elite Garage I found then on Google maps after reading all of there excellent reviews. I am glad I did because they were able to find me the door I wanted at a good price and the installation fee was reasonable. The Garage door Technician (Josh) that installed my door was very knowledgable and shared a lot of care
