If you want a small Job go somewhere else:
First of all , I Can't say enough good things about our Salesman Edward, very professional can within the time period.
So Why 1 Star ?? When he arrived I showed him the small Job we wanted done, I even email corresponded that to Linda in their office just a Gate and 2 8ft lengths of aluminum fence. He responded did they tell you about or $2500.00 Minimum? Seriously in this day and age a Minimum? It was never explained. I'm doing a ton of renovations on my home, not one contractor has asked for a minimum.

Challenger Fence was recommended to us by a close friend. From the moment they gave us a quote to the installation we were extremely pleased. They are professional and did an amazing job. The workers installing the fence showed up at 7:59am and worked almost straight through to 7pm. They took down our rotting 30+ year old wooden fence plus old posts and installed 210 ft of new 6ft white vinyl fence (with new posts) in an 11 hour span with the addition of setting up 3 gates in our yard. They were wonderful and kind. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work for a fair

When the sale rep. Dejan made the sale, in June 2020 we went over about using the existing post on my deck when the crew arrived, they would look them over and make sure that they can be used, if not they would put new post right below my deck and put up the fence from there. When the crew came they put the fence up on the deck with existing post. They did not at any time go over the 2 option with us, I didn't say anything because I thought the deck post must be okay to use, if they're using them. Since I had my fence put up I've been back and forth with sales rep. and manager Irena. About my door

Thanks to Challenger Fence. Especially the crew who came there. Marcelo and his partner was outstanding. Yes the weather was bad and they had to miss a couple of days. But overall they delivered this beautiful door and fence.

Do NOT use this company. They are so disorganized I don't know how they stay in business. It took them nearly a year to install our fence. I should have cancelled and demanded my deposit back at the first sign of trouble.
If you use this company, plan on calling them daily to keep them on schedule because they obviously don't act as if that's their job.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Every fence company knows that there are height limits for a fence between houses, knows that the finished side of the fence must face outward to the neighboring property, and that a permit is required so that you don't violate the first two conditions.
They came by to install a fence on my neighbors driveway which was six feet high, had the better side facing in (can't say good side because both sides are crap wood) and without a permit.
So after we spoke to the homeowner Challenger came back and cut about 6" off, and reversed the panels. The posts

Lowe's uses Challenger to install fences. They are terrible, poor quality work and service. After few months my fence is leaning, toppling over, caps falling off. Tried to contact them to honor the 1Year Only warranty and they won't return my calls nor honor warranty- having to take it up with Lowe's now. Challenger does a horrible job installing fences, they're unprofessional and the worst customer service. Use another company.

From the first call to the owner to last walk through, the experience was top notch. I had a big property that I wanted to put 6 foot fence for the safety of my children and also to get some privacy from the neighbors. We discussed with Jane what fence we would like and he made it happen in a week, his team was so professional and efficient the whole project was completed in one day and the fence looks amazing. I Had a fence installed by this company years ago they did a poor job right from the start, the post kept and still keeps breaking, they fixed it a few times although not well enough. We've always had problems with the posts, a job done well this would have never happened please do not use them they are to say the least a shabby business. Attached is a picture of one of the posts my husband is forever fixing. The last time they fixed our post they gabe us a hard time because they said we were out of the warranty time, thank God when they came over to inspect the post my husband was home and

I would not recommend you do business with this company. We had an appointment today at 1 p.m. it is now 2:14 p.m and no call. This is a second appointment because they cancelled the first one. On Tuesday we had a freak wind storm that took down a section of fence. I reached out to challenger fence and immediately received a response from Alex. He assured me they would would be there first thing in the morning. My fence broke apart around 430 pm and by the next morning challenger arrived at 8 am and fixed it. To me the response time could not of been any faster. I am 100% satisfied that I used them. Hands down best company around. That's what separates them from
