Under Sandra's leadership, the firm now offers professional services to Construction Manager at Risk and Design Build Teams.
The firm also offers Owners Representative Services as with the firm's role for MetroHealth at the new 32,000 square foot MetroExpressCare at Urban Community School. Today the firm is the largest black female owned architecture firm in the State of Ohio.

Robert P. Madison International, Inc. (RPMI) is the Lead Architect responsible for providing comprehensive architectural and engineering services to renovate the Karamu House facility which is on the Historic Register. We have multiple contracts for this project. The first contract was during the grant proposal phase.
Robert P. Madison International, Inc. was the architectural partner with University Hospital to update and renovate the Otis Moss Jr. Health Center. This included creating space for a new radiology room. The project also included renovating the lower level for a new workforce development space in partnership with Cuyahoga Community College.
Providing an open, inspiring, teaching and learning environment, while encouraging interaction with the community, was the design objective at Lakewood High School. These goals were achieved through the replacement of a 1917 building with new performing arts, physical education, media, and student dining facilities, the addition of a three story academic wing, and renovations including a new main office, guidance center, and community clinic.

I had my wedding here it's affectionately known as the Third Space Action Lab wonderful intimate space. Mr. Robert P Madison was the architect who designed this medical arts building for black doctors back in the days when a Black Person was not allowed to practice medicine. This piece of property is Cleveland Ohio Black History .
