I called Baxter Plumbing on 23, June 2021. I was told that the earliest date for work would be possibly October 2021. In August I received an unexpected call asking if I would be available in 15 min? I was leaving for an appointment, so they said they would call on another day, but didn't.
I called on 3, November 2021 and left a message. They said their earliest date would be in the spring, but they would be in touch to schedule an estimate.
On 8, December 2021 they called and asked if they could stop by in 20 minutes. Because of the prior lack of scheduling, I agreed.
I just received a call

Rob is quick to respond and help out when needed. He provides superior service but doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg. His work crew are professional and courteous.

Just wanted to take the time and thank the Robert Baxter Plumbing team for the outstanding work they did when they changed out my water heater. Tom, Jerry, and Robert came out as promised on time, drop clothes on the floor to keep everything clean and dry. This company came highly recommended and I see why! Great pricing too! I plan to use them again for some other projects but until then will recommend them to others as well!

Rob Baxter recently completed a major job at my home. He was honest, polite, and treated my home with respect. He notified me who and when work would be done, made sure all work was completed in a neat and timely fashion. The job site was always spotless at the end of the day. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a great plumber.
