Spray Service was good. In office KATHY was very friendly great personality great sales on other occasions a very odd strange girl I had to speak with over the phone personality none I originally started using them because of an office worker named Kathy. Business was sold “odd girl” stayed unfortunately Kathy was no longer there so I am no longer using the service

UPDATE**
Dropped from 5 to 1 star.. Company sold out to a big corp, all the best techs left, and the few that stayed are looking to get out. They took away all their equipment, and are making the techs have to do twice the work to do the same job as before. The new techs are fly by night, and have no idea what they are doing. This company can no longer manage it's accounts like it used to and the customer surfers. Look elsewhere, it's a shame greed ruined a solid company..

In Fitchburg area ... actual job performance is good - usually arrive on the days they say they will be there (mosquito/tick spraying), and are courteous and professional. Only downside is that do not treat us like repeat customers - have used them for several years and every spring we have to contact them about setting up a seasonal schedule instead of them managing that for us.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Expert Pest Control. My first experience went very well and I have already referred a family member. I spoke with Kathy who helped schedule my service and she even expedited the appointment to help us solve a bee issue we were having. Mark performed the work and was very professional and detailed. I have been a customer since 2017 giving them all my rental properties in the fitchburg area until today. The last service they did to me they charge me 4x more of what they use to and when i called the person in the phone couldnt give me an explanation for it. They just lost all of my business ill never go back

Contacted Expert Pest Control about buying their service for my son and his family as a Christmas gift. My other son recommended them as he uses their services. They were very helpful...explained how it will work. My concern for their pets was addressed and I was quite comfortable with their response. Because of the snow, the program will not kick in till spring.
