We had bats in our house. I called them to get them out. They sealed the bats inside our ceiling and the bats came inside. We could see clusters of them inside and when we called he said we were being rude. We had to catch the bats ourselves with pillow cases on our hands. I found them everywhere. One night two of them were in my sink. We caught about 54 bats and we would text him each time with video proof that the bats were inside and he would ignore us. Do not go to him he will ruin your house.

We first contacted Backcountry in May. It's now late July. They were not the lowest of the several bids we received, but we wanted to do business with a local company. They were no-shows for five separate appointments. They failed to complete the job. Worst of all, when we raised issues with them -- after being patient for weeks -- they went on the attack and lied about everything. My favorite of these lies was when the owner told me that unseen raccoons must have "stolen and put in trees" four external bait stations. The truth is that he never installed them. Extremely disappointed in the service with this company. They came out to do service and took forever to get back to us. Gave us an estimate and said they would be back on a certain day, when they didn't come I had to call them and they said they had something come up that they weren't able to get out that day, but they never communicated that to us.
But the real kicker was the issue with payment. They charged us twice for service and when I called to figure out why they did so, they said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. That was 3 months ago. I have tried calling back

Called everywhere yesterday with overwhelming prices. So I got on my laptop and searched pest controls in Provo/Orem area and yelp came up to do price quotes and I got a very fast response from Backcountry pest control. They were able to come out to my house the next day and gave us a very good price for what treatment needs to be done. I am very please and very happy.
