Ideal’s team was great to work with at every stage in the process. While their cost is a bit steeper than many of the other options on the market, it’s that way for a reason: there isn’t much actual competition with regards to their product (i.e., they are factually superior because a license is required to obtain the materials, and those licenses are limited in the market). As far as I can tell so far (my garage floor has had it for 6+ months now), it’s pretty bulletproof, as it was sold to be. We will see what effect the freeze/thaw has on it after this winter, but I was told the product

We had a couple other estimates from other contractors about what they could do to revive our garage floor. From the first contact at Ideal with Dave to set up our estimate, through the completion this was a fantastic experience!! Dave sent Jim to our home where he evaluated our floor & completely explained the process to set our expectations, and they exceeded them! The installation crew was punctual & professional.
The product is great and we love the results, but the people are what makes this company great!!

Initially there were some logistical mishaps with central scheduling but Austin did an exceptional job with the quote and following up after the install. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with him and am exceedingly pleased with the quality of the flooring. I had the cabin fever pattern installed in my garage and my patio--the extra texture makes it nonslip and durable. All my neighbors have done epoxy and have commented on how they wished they would have known about Ideal Garage Flooring--though it was too late for them, some are gifting their
