Bar none the best builder in town! Actually shocked that there are any negative reviews on here. Makes me wonder more about the reviewers than Steve's commitment to his clients. He always went the extra mile for me and he will forever have my gratitude for that. He is good man as is all of his team.

Horrible! Great sales pitch, but very poor follow through! Also, he never took responsibility for his workers leaving our front door open while working on it and letting our dogs out, one which was injured and accumulated over $3200 in surgery/vet bills. We still have multiple unaddressed issues including a sinking front porch. At least one of his 5 star ratings on this site was from one of his young employees......

BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! We hired them for a custom build job and they low-balled the bid to get the work. We had major cost overruns and found out from numerous other people in Wilmington that this is his M.O. whether it’s a remodel or a custom build job. They did very shoddy work that we had to hire true professionals to come in and fix. On top of that he failed to pay some of the subs that were used on the house. He does not keep accurate financial records, refuses to address major issues (rather just blames them on you), and he and his brother while they come off
