Wow! Great service. I needed an extra key for my new truck. Ford dealer wanted $400 to do the job. I called Chiko's and they quoted $275. Al came to my home and kept me informed of his planned arrival time. He did an expert job. Very courteous. Very professional. Highly recommended. Great guy. Itamar came as scheduled and couldn't be happier with his work. We recently moved into a new home and instead of buying new locks, we asked him to rekey our existing locks. He rekeyed them, lubricated the locks, and is perfect. He knows his stuff and is clean too.

DJ from Chiko's locks helped me out on a Friday night when I arrived home to find my dog walker had broken her key in my lock. He arrived quickly, replaced my entire lock set-up, and gave me a few new keys for the new lock. Friendly and professional.

I was completely panicked from locking myself out. I had my dog and I had on shorts and it was getting dark. Chico was at my house in under 20 minutes! I called him in such a panic he literally dropped everything he was doing at his office to help me. Chiko really helped me out. I had an urgent need at my house in Rockville, and needed to get my locks re-keyed. Chiko was able to come out the same day, and showed up on time.

Unfortunately my previous locks were low quality, but thankfully I called Chiko. He ended up replacing the entire locks (instead of re-keying them) with new higher quality locks. Plus since we had discussed pricing for re-keying Chiko did not charge me extra for installation. He ended up selling me the locks at cost, and charged the fee for re-keying. Needless to say this saved me a significant amount of money.
