I talked to Joshua late afternoon and scheduled to see him the next day. He had a cancelation and came in that evening. He needed to break open a safe I had inherited. He came with a truck full of tools. He only needed a few but knew just what to do. He finished opening the safe in less than two hours. He had a pleasant demeanor and careful working inside the house. Yes, I highly recommend OMG and Joshua

We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Joshua arrived promptly, provided excellent service, and his rates are very reasonable. I contacted OMG to rekey locks on several doors, all with different keys. After looking at all the doors, Joshua explained that the doors had two different styles of locks. While he could change the locks on the doors with the different style, he made a suggestion which was significantly less expensive. He had all the materials to complete the job on his truck, and he was finished with all 5 doors in about 1 hour. All in all, Joshua was very responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend him.
