Found this company on Yelp while conducting a search for AC repair my unit was blowing but air was hot. I previously had someone out last month when I initially thought AC was acting up. I was giving a quote to replace unit and coil. I contacted EZ at 12p they came out at 4p AC was fixed by 5p ended up being a bad wire. I will definitely use them in the future whether it be repairs or replacement, quick, friendly and honest people. Thank you!

I was highly recommend this company by one of my friends, looked them up and saw how many positive reviews they had. My experience lived up to all of the reviews and recommendations. Alfredo came and gave me the options that they could offer walked me through everything. He was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. When my install rolled through, the installers were some of the hardest working and polite individuals. They took all day because of how much work was involved but they got me up and running. Now I don't have to spend 85 degree Christmases! Without ac. Thanks!!!

When I spoke to them on the phone they scheduled my appointment they were very professional aside from that the person that was going to do the maintenance and the work on the house called me they promptly called me which I was surprised happily surprised may I say and he explained everything to me I had a lot of questions bye used them for insulation or re-insulation mine was really bad and I had a tea read it over the years I didn’t even know it happened but he explained it to me anyway all my questions were answered reset the appointment he was very nice and professional sir if I had any questions

George arrived on time, and was ready to get to work. He examined both heating units in attic and corrected the gas to manufacturers specs. Also he recommended a change of filters which we did not know they had. Also checked out the thermostat to be sure they were working. We will certainly contact EZ Comfort AC/heating again when needed…very professional.

My AC unit had been struggling to keep up with the Houston heat, it finally gave out so I had to replace it. I'm so glad I decide to go with EZ Comfort Air Conditioning. After being without A/C for 3 weeks due to my home warranty company and the inept contractor they used, I was at my wit's end and decided to find my own A/C service. I called EZ Comfort Air and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Within 5 minutes they had correctly diagnosed the problem and set up a plan to replace my A/C and heating unit. Needed to get the heater fixed. Carlos came out and was honest about what needed to be done. Ultimately, we decided to get a new heater instead of repairing a twenty year old unit. We scheduled the service for the next day and he knows I had a prior commitment that evening. His guys arrived a few minutes late , because of another appointment, but worked hard to make sure that I was not inconvenienced. We had EZ Comfort come out to give us a bid on a wall unit. It was below the other two quotes we rec'd. They installed it. They were clean, respectful and efficient. The unit is still leaking but they sent someone out yesterday in less than an hour. It started leaking again but the are sending the tech out again today. We have NO doubt they will fix it.

Carlos and his team went above and beyond to help my parents with a new HVAC system install in the heat of the summer on very short notice. They did a fantastic job and they took appropriate safety precautions for Covid-19 by wearing masks while indoors. Our repair tech was Reynaldo who was very professional. If I could give no stars I would...contacted this company late afternoon on a Saturday in July in middle of Houston heat wave. Our upstairs A/C was out and we needed repair ASAP since bedrooms are upstairs. Company said a tech would arrive between 4:30-6:30. Time frame came and went with no response from anyone. I tried contacting tech through the "Housecall" app that was linked to the email confirmation I received but no response. Why not just say you were booked up and not schedule the service call??? So frustrating

They were excellent to deal with. I called them on the Sunday after July 4th. Renters were arriving in their moving van from Kansas at 4pm that evening. The A/C kept blowing the breaker. They were at my home by 2pm (the time they said they would arrive). I texted me when they were on their way from previous job. They also called me. They arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem and had the price and parts needed to fix it. Their service charge to come out on a Holiday Sunday was very reasonable. Carlos of EZ Comfort AC & Heating showed up on time to give an estimate on an AC unit in a rental property I just bought. I had sent him the home inspection report in advance, which he clearly had read because he mentioned items in the report without having to refer to it.
He checked everything out including going up into the attic to inspect the duct work. The attic stairs are broken so he had to drag his ladder up there. Even the home inspector wouldn't do this.

This is an excellent company!!! The owner, Carlos, showed up on time for the estimate, was extremely competitive, I could choose from top brands and they installed quickly and as the promised. VERY professional, did an excellent job, cleaned up well, quick with completion pictures and registered my warranty with the MFG.

Carlos and his staff were so very polite, honest and professional! I wish there were a way to give them more than 5 stars.. I would be bias if I said they were the best in town.
