We bought a truck there in March and now, two months later, the VA DMV still has no record of any request for tags. My DE temp tag has expired, and every time I have called Nally’s I get no return call. It seems the title clerk and owner, Jen Nally, is always unavailable. I paid them all of my VA taxes and registration fees, and now I’m worried they aren’t going to follow through and actually send that to Virginia, but try to keep it for themselves. I feel I’ve been swindled for that money, but still hope they will make it right!

Went in to possibly get a car. Walked into the office told the guy what I was interested in and he said absolutely nothing to me just was typing didn't even say Hi. Then proceeded to tell me I need 9000-10000 dollars down on a car that was work 14000. You are out your mind. Worse service I've ever gotten.

I went there expecting to get a suv, but I ended up getting a 2019 Nissan Sentra. I do love it though. I’m so glad I got it it. It’s a newer car and it only had a little over 4,000 miles on it. Al was my sales guy, and he helped me understand everything. I’ve only had the car for a few days, and I’m in love with it! So far so good! ( knock on wood). I would definitely recommend this place!

I am very happy with the way I was treated here.. I never felt pressured and the staff went above and beyond to accomadate my 2 year old and myself while we tried to find a car in my price range... The salesman Al was so good to us. I got a heck of a deal and bought a car from them. The girls in the office made us comfortable while the paperwork was processed...
If anyone knows its not easy doing anything with a 2 year old... Thanks Team!

They have to probably be the shadiest I've ever dealt with. They took my car on a one month insurance lapse. Not for PAYMENT, but for insurance lapse, then told me I had to pay $50 to get MY stuff back! I think not! Then had the audacity to charge me $680 two months later for tags and taxes when I don't even have the god damn car any more! That was supposed to have come out back in April! Who's tags and taxes am I paying for if I don't have the vehicle?? Save your money and go elsewhere. While being there retrieving my stuff there was another couple trying to buy a car from

We bought a used vehicle we asked if there was anything major wrong with the car and was told no. Before we could get home the engine light came on. The next day a problem with the transmission started could not get anyone on the telephone and no one returned our calls. Do not trust the sales people they will lie to your face with the owners permission and assistance. How this business has stayed in business this long is beyond me.

Horrible place , scammed daughter to buy 10k car and didnt have a good job, making min wage . Paul salesman , talked her into saying she could afford 400 a month, car ins 350 month. She lost job, after 2 weeks late, tbey repo car. Never got title tags they took that money, and 3k more. Tow company had house keys in car when towed, they were called nallys and they didnt care. They also refused to give the owners name of nallys. What a raquet, please Beware.
