I ordered a 2022 Subaru Outback in October. I just picked it up last night. The entire process was seamless and pleasant. Mo and Ty took all the stress out of the decision making of Forester or Outback. Once it became apparent that the Outback was for me, Ty took care of everything. When my car came in, Maddie and Brannon took care of all of the paperwork including turning in my lease on a non-Subaru. Maddie was awesome. She walked me through my options and got me a better deal on a better car than I thought I could get. Terrible experience here. I only went to this dealership because of some philanthropic work they do. I learned philanthropy doesn't equal good business practice. Salesman pull the typical salesman stuff and I personally have no issue with that but be aware they will flat out lie. I negotiated a purchase of a new vehicle, paperwork included/deposit down, and they backed out last minute because they couldn't order that specific vehicle (which hey that happens) but when I went in to update the paperwork all of a sudden no paperwork was needed and the terms of the deal were susceptible

With a check in hand I was dropped off by my wife to purchase a new Crosstrek. I had informed the salesman two days prior of the vehicle I wanted and we had an agreed upon price. Shortly after walking into the dealership to purchase the car, I was informed the car was sold the previous day. At that point, I paid for a $30 Uber ride home.

Despite my scathing review posted last March, NO ONE from Concordville Subaru responded until last week. When I emailed the address the manager said to if we wanted to follow up, I received no reply. When my husband called yesterday and spoke to him, he said there was nothing they could do. I do not understand why he wanted to reach out when we were offered NO compensation from Subaru for a car under warranty that exploded in our driveway?! I had a couple of hopeful days that Subaru would do the right thing, but again was grossly disappointed, to say the least. NEVER AGAIN SUBARU!!

Terrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a certified used 2015 Legacy a few weeks ago (Jan 2019).
Within 2 weeks of purchase:
1) Took the car home and realized that the front floor mat was missing.
2) The tire pressure indicator was on when we purchased the car. Salesman told us not to worry that the cold temp was causing the tire to "read" as low pressure. After two days we took the tire pressure to find it at 17 lbs (vs the 36 it should be). I took the car back and insisted they look at...they found there a large nail in the tire. They obviously never checked this vehicles

A little disappointed. I went in to trade my jeep on 8/31/16. It was obvious they wanted to sell me a new car (I went to look at a pre-owned). The sales man was going back and fourth with the manager. By the end of the night, I had a different used car in mind that I liked. While information was being put into the system, we were sitting and wondering when they were going to offer us a test drive. I had to ask twice, before the salesman finally said "OK, Real Quick". This rose some eyebrows. But the car drove great despite faint noise from steering wheel, which they offered to look at
