We had a great experience with our sales associate , Amara. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service throughout the whole experience. She even kept in contact to ensure we were completely satisfied once the sales transaction was completed. I am so thankful for Amara, she is the sole reason why we had great experience. Horrible experience.
First they charged $4,500 which they said was discounted for brakes and inspection. Then the scraped off the window tint when applying the new inspection sticker. I tried calling them twice but no return phone call. I finally had to go there in person, talk to the service manager who took the car and said they would return the… front window. When i picked up the car they had tinted over the new inspection stickers. I took the car back once again and after another two weeks was told the car was done…..they once again used a razor and cut around the tinting. It
