Calvin was my sales guy!! Calvin was awesome he was very patient with us and the process and let me tell you my husband is not a easy guy to deal with. Calvin also went above and beyond for us he got me into a brand new car let me tell you my credit is very low I am working on getting it back up and rebuilding it. I had an appt with a salesperson for 12:00Noon on Wednesday. Our family arrived at 11:45am. We were told my salesperson started at 12:30pm, but lets get started with paperwork, which was reasonable. When I was asked my mortgage amount, her comment was "it must be pha". I looked puzzled and asked what is pha? She answered, Philadeladelphia Housing Authority.

My representative was Calvin. He reached out to me the night before I was making my purchase. Didn’t believe the Dime Down payment so I went to another dealership. Didn’t feel comfortable with their process so I called Calvin and told him what I needed and wanted in terms of a vehicle and payments. He was direct, honest and consistent while assisting me. Highly disappointed in the Nonchalant customer service I received this evening by the sales team at this location. I called for pricing on an Infinity QX70 Sport I found on their website, spoke to Ethan who said they had the vehicle. We then arranged an appointment at 7pm in which Ethan asked me if anything changed on my end to where I could not keep the appointment to call him, and he said that he would do the same. The service and parts department don't communicate well with each other. How is it I call Springfield Mitsubishi in Reading and get transferred to the parts department in Springfield? Drove an hour from Coatesville to Reading and no part. Then they order the part and never call me. When I complained in response to a follow-up "how did we do" email, the customer service rep tells me that they did call me, and left several VMs. My call history proves otherwise. When I called them out on it, no apology, no offer to make it right by giving me a discount. WTH. Done with them

Amazing amazing experience. That's the fastest we were ever in and out of a dealership. Yessmina (I'm hoping that's correct) was more than welcoming and made us feel super comfortable. I went there last august 2020 to get a suv and it was all great service was great I thought I had a year on my inspection stickers so I looked at my current inspection and it expires feb 2021, which is only 6 months of driving so I called the girl at the dealership and ask them can I do me a courtesy and get my SUV inspected because I thought I had a year from when I bought it and the girl told me that her manager told her that they can't do nothing because I've been driving for six months and I think that's bad business if you asked me so I was going to get my car inspected through

I would like to express my utter disappointment of Springfield Mitsubishi;especially the lackluster service of the SALES DEPARTMENT who has my cash payment for a part ( plastic housing for my passenger side mirror), which; according to a body shop manager, claimed its the wrong device!!!-what's even more disturbing, is that THIS IS THE SECOND ORDERING OF THE PART!!!!!-I tried to contact the dealership, because, in all fairness, the owner treated me like FAMILY ( this was in 2018; the year that I purchased the vehicle). I feel bad that his personnel doesn't share his passion for helping

This place is a real dump, volume dealership that takes advantage of its customers. The advertisement of credit amnesty is a farce and a straight lie. They have lenders that are willing to forgive certain things on your credit but not any true amnesty as advertised. I have very poor credit so I wasn't expecting them to throw a vehicle at me, but the customer service was so poor. Zaynah my " Sales Rep " looked like she had just walked in from shoveling the lot. I have primary sources of income and secondary, her response to my secondary income was " it's only $1000 "

This is a place to avoid and if its a used vehicle just know that you are not getting a warranty on your vehicle. Do your research before you sign and ask questions. Then make sure they have your answers in writing. I wish I did, I got my tail handed to me because the financing was way too high. I ended up paying 8,000 more from interest. So don't be fooled like I was.

Unfortunately this is the only conveniently located Mitsubishi dealership in my area, otherwise I would never go here.
When bringing my car in for a recall they were unable to provide me with a loaner car to get to work - seems to me they should since the recall is their issue not mine.
Every time I call them they put me on hold for 15+ minutes, but if I redial they can help immediately which says to me they either forget that I am waiting or don't want to help.
Overall poorly managed dealership, I'd recommend going somewhere else if you are close enough.

I bought my first brand new car here, a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 and have zero regrets. The car was reasonable, as well as gas and it runs amazingly! The manager Megan Catana and sales representative, Sarahjo Boyle worked with me and helped me out through and through. I highly recommend this dealership and Mitsubishi in general.

I took my 2004 mitsubishi endeavor in to get a tsb 11 55 003 fixed..wet carpet on drivers side . i got there at 8am yesterday and was told a bunch of B.S. about the problem & that the refrigerant needed to be drained & that they were drying out my soaked carpet . i was given a new mitsubishi outlander to try out & to have it back by closing..9pm . i got back at 8pm only to discover my suv wasn't fixed , &
