Second time leasing an A4 at this dealership. The primary reason is our salesperson, Deb Lessin. Deb is the most professional, knowledgeable and personable Brand Specialist you will ever come across in the car business. She takes the time to understand who her customer is and what would work for them. The quality of the dealership and our vehicle are outstanding. I cannot ever imagine going anywhere else. Last week my wife and I exchanged our q5 and leased a new car with Deb Lessin. She was fantastic - super friendly, efficient and helpful. We exchanged our old car with our new one, completed all paperwork and received a full tutorial on the car and new features and were on our way all in less than an hour and a half.

The dealership leased me a car, when it was time to pick up on May 3rd, they first told me a brand new car had a coolant system problem, then 2 hours later, it wasn't really a problem but now the car is thousands more than our agreement. This is what I expect from a used car dealership not Audi. Get Everything in writing, I presented the manager an email from the salesperson, but it didn't matter.

We had our Audi q3 serviced - it had a safety recall and we also did a 10000 mile checkup and vehicle inspection. The entire process from dropping off the car to working with Cameron , our service representative, was seamless. The car was ready when promised and they had the car washed for us too.

We continue to be delighted with the service you provide and we especially appreciate the ways you have met the Covid-19 challenges of the past year. I even got to enjoy a video of my Allroad in service!

I was recently inquiring about their inventory via email. I found them to be unresponsive then dismissive and curt once they finally did respond. My follow up questions weren't even answered. Needless to say, I have since taken my business elsewhere. IF I ever decide to consider an Audi again, I'll gladly just drive a few extra miles and avoid this location.

Service consultant Bao Pham was very good - friendly, competent, and responsive. A bit disappointed as there is a small piece (perhaps a light shield) that I found on the floor of my car after the service, so will have to go back and have them fix. Also I miss the good old days (when I previously had an A-8 from this dealer) when the car would be returned vacuumed and washed. It's nice that a free car wash sticker is provided, but it is a big difference from the approach I get at Lexus with our other car where the car is returned cleaned inside and out. Guess Audi is taking a lower end

No problems at all with the service. I did register my displeasure with the quality of tires used on my Audi. Think I have had a tire replaced 3 different times for one reason or another and only 36,000 miles. Another tire was said to be worn and should be replaced, I declined in favor of waiting and replacing all tires at one time with some better quality. Do not like Goodyear. The Michelin tire on my MB got close to 50,000 miles with no problems.

My service manager Bao is fantastic, always going above and beyond to offer the best customer service. One of the big reasons I continue to buy Audi's and come to Wynnewood for the service on my 4 Audi's

I have just moved here from California and taking my car here for the first time maintenance oil change and filters , Bruce received me and given a car wash.The service is very nice and friendly, the environment is also very nice. I will come back for my next new car! Thank you!

What a great experience! I've been putting off my 30k service for a while due to COVID but i finally got it done. Cali was extraordinary! Put me in a loaner and I was on my way. 2 hours later I get a video of the service being performed on my car with a note that it was ready for pick up. Such a nice touch guys thank you!

Have been having my car serviced here for almost a year and they've been nothing but great especially through COVID times. Service is always timely and they keep me informed. Will continue to return!

Incredible service. I was without my car for a few weeks because we needed to order a part. I had a loaner the entire time and when I picked up my car, it was detailed and filled with gas. The team goes above and beyond!

My husband purchased an Audi from this dealership.

The car and deal was so nice and the price was so fair I stopped in to look at an SUV. I also received a great price and I feel in love with the car.

The staff (sales and financing) were great.

I have not used the service department yet.

The lobby was beautiful.

I plan to return to bring my car in for service when needed.

Bao at service is great, super knowledgable! Very fair as far as respecting your time if you respect their time. As far as sales, make sure to check that your car has everything, even if new. Lots of items such as owners manual, pen, emergency tire repair kit etc may not be there and the salesman definitely won't verify for you ahead of time. Also check and double check the sales/ finance docs, lots of room for "mistakes" and missed signatures

Fantastic experience every time!!! I trust their expertise and now I bring all 4 of my cars here to get serviced. Just wanted to say thank you to the entire service team

Anthony was kind, patient, and very clear about the details of my CPO Audi Q5. He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive. I was so exhausted from trying to guess which car dealer would let me actually see a car!

Anthony's top notch service and intelligence made it a clear choice. I'll likely return to him for my next car and I'll definitely send family
