Tire pressure light came on so i pulled in with no appointment. Was happy to wait for availability. Team was quick and got it done beautifully, also explaining exactly what they found. Staff was amazing as usual and i love the new communication technology.

Worse customer service ever. Paid $571 to tell me my engine ceased! They charged my card almost 3 months late. After I physically went in to pay in June, they refused to take payment at the time. Horrific service; I will never go there again.

Julie was incredible, WAY above and beyond. We had a starter problem on our truck and a rodeo on Sunday. We couldn’t pick the car up on Friday.
Julie CAME IN ON A SATURDAY to let us pick up the truck.
Compared to another dealer in town, this is night and day. We won’t buy a car from that other dealer again, we only want to buy vehicles serviced at Kuhio Nissan!

The safety check took about an hour. When it was time to pay up, there were 4 of us waiting to check out but had to wait about 10 minutes for a cashier since they were short-handed. All in all it was an okay experience. We also understand with the pandemic that a lot of businesses are short handed and we have to be patient.

Friendly and quick service. Very knowledgeable staff. Took my 2011 Nissan Titan in for repairs and found some other things that needed to be fixed. Rep suggested what needed immediate attention and they were willing to help me take care of those repairs based on the urgency of each.
