Scam, ponzi skeem. Numerous law suits that they try to cover up by having the person seeing them sign a "non disclosure" statement. Takes money for materials that never show up or are months late Requires you continuously pay your payments on time but has no work done to show payment should be made. Projects 100% paid for but only 30% of job done. Then Chad threatens to shut jb down unless you make a payment Numerous lawsuits in 2021 from customers from 2020. Having one customer pay over $117,000 for demo , and that ALL that was done. Tells customers that employees will be there to start but after

We had to fire them RCO for these reasons:
- Our small apartment project was never fully done after 8 months, he kept pushing us around with excuses, he kept saying he could not find employees because of COVID which we understood and gave him grace, but more than 8 months was too much.
- The owner filed the permits incorrectly which also put us behind because they had to fix it with the city, which my architect end up doing, the city is very aware of this as well.
- The owner did not follow the plans correctly and placed a shower the opposite way, which he never corrected, the walls are not

Attic stairs and an attic walkway were installed in a professional and courteous manner, and at a reasonable price. My wife and I are very happy with the quality of the work and materials used. My son was having his 2nd birthday party in a few weeks. Since COVID prevented us from having the 1st birthday we wanted to have last year. I had promised my wife we would have a fence up for his 2nd birthday party so the kids could be in the back yard during the party. I had been told by another contractor that he was on top of it and it was not a problem. Well two weeks before the party I get a message that there had been some issues at another job and he could no longer do our fence. I started asking around for recommendations. We hired Royal for our basement finish in November 2019 that was expected to last for six weeks. 56 weeks later, our project was ultimately completed. We did not make any major changes from our original plan and blueprints during the project that would impact the timeline.
When asked about the timeline, the owner and project managers consistently gave the same story about how our project was still a priority and they’d be able to wrap it up in a couple weeks. We heard this in December, again in February, in May, again in July, in September, and all the way up until completion of our basement

We hired Royal to remodel a large bathroom in our basement. We have been beyond impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Each day they update pictures and notes on what they did that day to the app which was really neat. The workers were always clean, polite, and friendly when in our home. We are so excited to have found a good contractor in the metro because we have many more projects we want done!! Would highly recommend
