Starting from humble beginnings, Carpet World of Colorado Springs began from just a briefcase on the side of the road, an old Datsun pick up truck and some spare samples. Now, we offer carpet, hardwood, laminate, tile, stone, vinyl flooring and granite countertops from our beautiful showroom in Colorado Springs.

This business is very rare in Colorado Springs- they follow up with problems and get them resolved quickly. There were a couple of spots where my new carpeting was defective- something that was due to Mohawk- not Carpet World. I noticed the issue and they had the installer come out and look at it and take pictures. They called me back to tell me about the defect. I was surprised with how little complication the problem added to my life. They got new carpet and installed it without delay. I will use them again and recommend them highly. They understand how to treat customers.

The gals at Carpet World on Constitution Avenue in Colorado Springs are absolutely excellent to work with. Julie and Donna have great personalities they are patient and very detail oriented. The store has a very large and nice selection of flooring to meet any of your needs. They don't make you feel pressured but are available and eager to address any questions or concerns. Very professional relaxed atmosphere but top notch. Thanks for all your help on our project.

Absolutely thrilled with complicated demo of tile and old carpet, and then installation of new carpet (Miguel and crew were on time, efficient, and professional!) and new hardwood floor and refinishing of connecting hardwood so it all looks fantastic (Craig / Borders Hardwood Flooring -- awesome workmanship!) including converting stringers on stairs to hardwood. Highly recommend this whole team !!

I went to carpet world 20th of July on a Friday with an urgency to get carpet installed for one of my bedrooms and have the carpet on my stairs fixed before the 3rd of august because my house goes on the market, i was greeted by Julie who was awesome to work with! She helped me find a carpet that matched what i already have and was able to schedule fast! she is such a doll! Jim the man in charge of putting in the carpet was also amazing! such a sweet heart! his team did such a great job! He was so helpful, i would definitely recommend working with them. made my life a bit easier with everything

I used Carpet World earlier this year to install new carpet in my house. Service and pricing was great!
I started my search for new carpet at Carpet Exchange. They had a wide selection and seemed knowledgeable but their prices were very expensive. I then went to Home Depot who had good pricing but did not appear knowledgeable what so ever. I was trying to get advice on whether I could put carpet over the existing tile that was on my stairs and couldn’t get a straight answer.
I then went to Carpet Exchange. Their selection was similar to carpet exchange and their pricing was amazing. They quoted
