Outstanding professionalism and insight on future maintenance issues on the part of Service Technician Ed Wilhem. He was very helpful in restoring the opertation of my 1994 Gas fireplace along with recommendations on replacing my Toggle switch. I will certainly look to request Mr. Wilhem again for my A/C inspection next Spring!

They installed a AC unit in my house that has never had AC. They were on time, polite and the owners are very professional, giving you pointers on future concerns and how to keep the AC in tip top shape. I had a very good experience and I would recommend them.

This company installed a defective heater to one of my properties back in December the master bedroom does not get heated they tried troubleshooting and to no avail. They won’t answer any calls to come back out and try to find the real problem. It’s now April and this problem was noticed in February when a couple moved in. I do not recommend this company as they do not honor any type of warranty for their faulty product nor do they have any type of customer service. Do not use this company, if you want a working unit go somewhere else.

Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning. Just a quick review on Enhanced Heating & Air Conditioning: We have a heat pump that is now 12 years old so obviously it’s past the warranty. On Saturday we had a loud humming from the outside unit; come to find the fan is no longer working so we turn the unit off. Restarted the unit and tried to force… the fan to run no avail. Had no air-conditioning for the weekend - I know a lot of you don’t use your air conditioning yet but I cannot stand the pollen getting in my house and in my head!

We had a new AC, Heater, and Water Heater installed. The technicians, Andrew and Corey, were there on time and got to work immediately. They practiced social distancing and kept their area clean. They were done so fast it was like they weren't even there. This is the best HVAC company in the area in my opinion.

We had a complete house heating system installed with forced hot water in new construction. It was an extremely challenging task to design a system to satisfactorily heat three levels. Our experience with Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning has been a very positive one. The installer took the time to explain to us the details of the different zones and the loops within each zone. The quality of the job was very well done. We are completely satisfied with this company and pleased with the immediate response they gave us to questions and explanations to which we needed answers. I had no heat when I got home from shopping and called Enhanced the next morning and they sent Andrew out to check the problem. In just a few minutes he located the problem and removed the part that was bad. He didn't have a replacement in his truck but he searched until he found a place that had the part needed to fix the heater. The office kept me up to date as to his search and called me to let me know he found the part and was on his way back to my home to install it. It only took a short time for him to install the part and my heater was up and running. I was glad that I called Enhanced Heating

Highly recommend! I recently had a problem with my heat pump. It was a situation where the problem was not easily identified. Dave had to come out a few times, but he did not give up and really wanted to fix the issue for me. The office staff is great. April is extremely helpful and very responsive. And I feel that their prices are fair and reasonable. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.
