Movers dropped and broke my (really nice, expensive, heavy) table during the move. They apologized profusely and Jason, owner, said that he would get me the documents for an insurance claim. Then radio silence. I've asked for the documents and the process several times but he is not responding to my calls or texts. The did not wrap, blanket, or otherwise take any measures to protect any of my items during the move.

Movers preferred not to use dollies or blankets to protect our furniture! They were very rushed. Many items were scratched. One item was badly damaged. Shane has not responded to my texts about the damage. I would not recommend. Cost was more than estimated by quite a bit.

We scheduled a hot shot move and after a week they finally made it to the pick up destination only to refuse the load. After calling the owner, I was informed that my couch would take too long and if I wanted to use their service it was a 3 hour minimum. Would not recommend.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The movers themselves were friendly and worked the entire time, but I believe this company purposefully lowballs estimates in order to get business. My final charge was over twice what they originally quoted me, and I have since read several reviews sharing a similar experience. I have hired movers multiple times, so I know what to expect and was very clear about what the job would entail. There were no surprises on my end. Yet my final bill was over three times what I've paid for movers in the past. I've also NEVER had movers NOT use dollies, even though they

First off they quoted me $270. When the job was done they sent me an invoice for just under $700? Who can be off that bad? I told them exactly what the job was. They would take consistent breaks. They would move one piece of furniture down and take a long break. They charged me for 3 movers but only 2 of them worked the entire time. 1 sat in the truck and “packed”. How do you need someone to pack when all 3 people are down there 10 minutes at a time? On top of that when moving they didn’t wrap anything. They just picked it up and rolled with it. What a disaster. When I spoke with "Shane" and explained what I needed moved he said I will send three guys and it should take 3-4 hours max since I was just moving furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and based on his rate should cost me about $ 600.00. When they showed up it was 1 girl and 1 guy. They basically moved very little the first hour since they were on the phone most of the time asking for more help. I expressed my concern to them and they replied that "Shane" had overbooked them. I called Shane twice with no answer. Texted him my dissatisfaction and no response. What

These guys got me moved within the time frame that I needed. I called and within minutes I was scheduled. Very professional and was on time and all the crew took very good care of my furniture and breakable items. Shane the owner was onsite and the move went so smooth. I then decided to move back within a couple of weeks to my original home. I called Shane and told him I needed moved ASAP. He booked me and his crew took care of everything to get me moved back in and everything put together and set up. The crew was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Jason (owner) was a very timely communicator via phone. When the crew showed up they were friendly and positive attitudes. They worked quickly to get my move completed and none of my items were damaged in the process. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a dolly or stretch wrap on the truck for my move however Jason provided a small discount for my inconvenience to make it right.
