I ordered a TV from Sam's Club that they were supposed to deliver to me. It has been available for them to deliver since it reached Little Rock on August 12th. After the delivery date kept being pushed further and further away, I finally called today (August 25th) and cancelled my order with Sam's Club and requested a refund. They can now try to get it back from this horrible business. One delay is understandable but 3 delays and still nothing is unacceptable.

Second, they went to the wrong location and rescheduled.
Third, their lift gate broke so they “rescheduled” again.
One month later, items are still waiting to be picked up.
This company dropped the ball so many times they never even picked up the items.

I really wish I could them zero stars. Company call day before to schedule delivery of mattresses was told the delivery would happened between 3 and 7 pm. Waited all day at my apartment no delivery. Call this morning to check and see where the mattress are, and was told they tried to deliver on yesterday and they tried to call. I have not received a call yesterday nor seen a truck for delivery at my apartment for delivery of any kind. We bought a mattress through JCpenny a month and two weeks ago. Blue truck moving said they would be delivering the mattress on thursday between 10-2pm. They were a no show. We called friday and they said they would be there and NO SHOW AGAIN! They said they were down a truck. Here we are and it's monday now and still NO SHOW. Customer service is absolutely awful with no solution. I have missed several days of work because of this and our mattress should've been priority if they didnt deliver on the date we were scheduled for. If Chuck Fiser or upper management see's this. Adrian and Jake moved new furniture into my bedroom which was oversize and heavy as well. Called and arrived earlier than expected. They removed all packaging as they put everything together. Placed in location that I wanted and was professional as well as courteous. Ask for Jake and Adrian they will not disappoint.

Poor customer service, they consider scheduled delivery times optional at their convenience. This company was hired to deliver furniture that ordered from Coleman furniture. They never attempted the delivery that was scheduled, I wasted an entire day waiting for the delivery, that never came. The office staff is unprofessional and I would never recommend using this company.

I bought my couch off line and they hired Blue Truck Moving. The guys they sent were amazing. They told me they would be there between 7-11. At 7:20 got a call that they were 20 minutes away. They had the couch unloaded, setup and they were pulling out of the driveway by 8. They were very professional. Thanks for the great work guys.

Still having problems with this company but I was completely tongue tied when I saw their Facebook page and they are using a very racially depicted picture https://www.facebook.com/bluetruckmoving/?business_id=681002135323741. In today's environment, we don't need a company that feels that trying to disgrace or show poor service being a Chinese people moving stuff. Apparently they have never visited the orient where many people are so poor they don't have the luxuries we have of being able to run to uhaul and getting a truck to move.

On Tuesday, March 20th we were to have a couch delivered by the Blue Truck Moving Company out of Little Rock. It was to be delivered by 8:00 pm and instructions had been given not to enter our narrow driveway. The movers did not arrive until 9:30 pm and proceeded to back down our driveway. They were very rough in bringing in the couch even causing a tear in 2 places. The next morning I went to my car and saw that the back of the car had been smashed. The movers did not tell us about it.

Horrible! The furniture company that I ordered my living room suite from used Blue Truck to deliver. Well they called on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30 and told me they would be delivering the next day between 4-8pm. I wasn't given any option- that was my time. So I made arrangements to be able to leave work after 4pm and asked them to call me when they were about thirty minutes out so I wouldn't have to leave early unnecessarily. Everything was fine. I have had the worst experience of my life with this company! I have scheduled a delivery with them 3 times and they never called or showed up ! They act very carefree and take it light heartedly like it's no big deal. I have never had accompany conduct business in this matter !I am sure they won't be in business for long! Do not use them if you want your product that you had bought. By the way ... after 3 weeks I have still not received my mattress!
