I came in as I could not get my key out the ignition. Out of desperation, I drove to the nearest Volkswagen dealer and I received prompt attention and despite that they were busy with their service appointments they managed to replace what needed to be replaced and I was able to get my car back before they closed. Let me not forget their shuttle service. Great accommodations and the driver very professional. I would definitely come back to this location. Great customer service.

Still waiting for an airbag the manufacture notified as a safety concern. The dealer also acknowledged the need for the recall. Bought the VW Beetle brand new in Chattanooga, TN where the service was always outstanding and the employees demonstrated kindness and competence. Haven't seen that degree of customer service in Bradenton.

Ok I have to say I am very impressed with Bob Boast VW. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Mike the General Manager. Great Customer service, Friendly and Professional. Justin the Finance guy, was outstanding on getting all the paperwork done. Shannon, got the new Atlas Cross Sport Filled with gas sent it off to detail and explained the different features that came with my new SUV. So I was upside down on my loan on a car I got from carmax and I was super dissatisfied with the vehicle.
I went online and set up an appointment and went to meet with Don Bitler who worked with me to create a solution that would fit my needs.
He was able to create a solution for a certified car and able to wrap in the part of the upside down loan and walk away with a similar payment.

STAY FAR AWAY! this is my 5th Jetta and I went to Sunset VW because of the horrible customer service and high prices. I save $3000 by going to Sunset. Bob Boast worked with me by emailing after my visit. Not even a phone call let alone a Meeting In person. They also didn't work with me as far as pricing or options. I bought the same car for less by not using them. Trust me. I've been working with VW for 15 years consecutive, go anywhere but here.

The salesperson was unprofessional from the start and continued this behavior throughout the horrible experience. He spent most of it talking about himself. He couldn't answer questions about the vehicle and was extremely rude when we sat down to negotiate. I really wanted to purchase the car and he as much told me that anyone who asks to negotiate more than a couple hundred dollars is shown the door. I bought a new car on the 3rd of September, 2018 premium four-wheel drive car and trading time no more than three hours, there is no free oil change, I am ready to drive back when I found the car sunroof can not open, and later I opened it again. I thought I wouldn't use the new car. I couldn't open it the next night. Now I called them and asked if I could change my car. I had some serious issues with a 3rd party mechanic shop which said they could fix my 2007 Passat's power steering and multifuntion module. When the 3rd party failed; Steve, Mike and Jorge stepped in and took the best care of my car. Mike, the Service associate, made sure he separated what was under warranty and what was actual labor costs to my advantage. Steve Bertrand was overseeing the entire transaction and kept tight communication with VW Corporate, as well as the shop Mechanic (Jorge). To understand that a dealer is good- you have to go to another dealer. After I was at Guenter VW- I understood. Boast is the best VW dealer I was at. They found the problem and fixed it under warranty. VW Golf 2016 purchased from them. The other dealer did a software update after Service error message.

Steve I think you totally missed the point. I had an appointment for 9:00 Wednesday morning and upon arriving was told that I didn't have an appointment and would have to come back. I had the day off of work and had to get it taken care of. I drove 45 minutes and took my car to another vw dealership and they are fixing it. Even rented me a car while they are fixing it. Guess where I will be going for future repairs and to look for cars to buy in the future? My wife and I bought a nearly new VW CC in Tampa and brought the vehicle to Boast for warranty service. I went to the service center last Wednesday to schedule the required service (oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement, etc) and was told to bring it in on Thursday at 8:30am. I brought the vehicle in the next morning at 8:30 and got a courtesy ride to work because they said it would take about 2 hours.

I recently visited this Volkswagen dealership to pick up my new vehicle, and I have to say the customer service I experienced here was outstanding! I must preface this by saying that I drive a company car, so I was visiting as a Fleet customer not an individual purchasing a car. Would give a minus star if I could to the Used Car Group! After several phone conversations we drove across the state to see a specific car. We took the car to an independent excellent rated auto repair service and paid for their assessment. Repair service told us that everything looked good except for the broken engine mount. Auto repair service showed us the broken engine mount. We returned to the Used Car Group and after waiting an hour the Used Car Group denied there was even a problem.
