Our approach to residential projects is geared towards reflecting a client's personal preferences & lifestyle. The scope of works for residential projects has varied greatly over the years. Amongst the many variables on a project, factors such as whether the client owns the property, budget and time scale all come into play.

We purchased a studio apartment in the city that had not been renovated in over 30 years. Jo and her team were indeed a one stop shop.
They dealt with every aspect of the project, from permits from the DOB, the building requirements, so complete project supervision.
We are were delighted when the project can in on time and on the budget that we had approved.

I recently worked with Jo Laurie Designs to photograph one of her projects, and was impressed by her creativity and attention to detail from the original blueprints to the installation. Her designs are sophisticated, elegant, edgy and trend setting.
